Hello and welcome to our website, we are a family run business who specialize in die-cast models based in Darlington and we have been established since June 2020. We are an online retailer who sell a range of rare models which are extremely hard to find in the UK, they are all in excellent condition which includes Corgi, Matchbox, and Dinky plus much more! We also have a range of TV and Film favourites including Batman, James Bond and Back to the Future. We regularly have promotions and discounts, and at the moment the majority of our stock currently have a sale where you could save up to 25% off, which are advertised on our Facebook and Instagram pages, We deliver all throughout the UK.

My model from this company was just what I wanted, it arrived very quickly and I was most impressed.
Unfortunately on my review I mistakenly gave one star instead of the five I intended, my apologies for this. You deserve five stars and I wanted to put the record straight.

I received the wrong model from Darlington.
I received a model from Darlington Diecast which was not the one I ordered. When I emailed to point this out I was almost immediately phoned by Sam who asked for details of what had been delivered, then agreed it was a mistake, apologising profusely and even admitting she was responsible. She checked that the model I ordered was still in stock and agreed to send me the correct one in exchange for me returning the wrong one, and stating that the company would refund to me the cost of the return postage. I have received the correct model. A very impressive and positive handling of an unfortunate error on the part of the company. Well done.

I hope you are well.
I’m just getting in touch as you’ve recently left us a one star review on trustpilot in regards to your order with us (#39117)
It’s a shame that you’ve decided to leave us a review before you queried your order delivery with us as we always reply promptly and we always pass on the tracking information if there is any queries/questions.
On your order you chose the longest shipping method we offer which is
2-5 days. You order was made on a Sunday therefore it would be dispatched on Monday/Tuesday the following week which did happen.
As you can see from the attached screenshot it was scheduled for delivery on the 21st (the day of your review). At this time of the year Royal Mail can take slightly longer due to Christmas and how busy it is however your order was fulfilled in the timescales according to the shipping method you paid for.
It’s a shame you left us a one star review before the shipping period was over, a review like this can harm a small business like ours and incase you wish to order in the future we would appreciate it if you could get in touch with us first.
I’ve also attached proof of tracking to this email.
