Payed for 2 block storages that never worked. tried to buy a new one upon suggestion of the team. still nothing just wasted money, The vps panel always show the VPS is down, even when it's up. the service status page shows that everything is working fine.
after 23 days no solutions. total scam and my money wasted.

This is a good server overall, except for the occasional high latency.

Been with them for over a year now and so far they have exceeded every expectation. Support is quick and knowledgeable. Prices are competitive and the sales team is quick to create a custom order, matching the requirements. Just canceled my last servers with a big competitor, as they have proven their reliability. Only thing missing is an included DDoS - Protection.

Reverse DNS feature broken, machine would not start for some weird reasons, and a few other issues (can't remember, it was last year).

Not satisfied with the customer support, have to run after them etc. Very disappointed.

I moved to Vultr (my post is not a request form them), pay a bit more for much better reliability and quality.

I buy there service worst experience of support. even $47 usd i paid i can't login SSH. Also they block me not refund my money. They says 7 days money back guarantee. I feel low when 24 hours no support they provided.

Very bad support. They never reply to my messages and haven’t fixed the problems for about a week. I’ve been waiting and nothing is solved. I do not recommend them.

they delivered a blacklisted VPS on Purchase without being used. A report was sent to the support, they claimed it is among a shared pool IP being blacklisted. They refused to take responsibility of selling a bad service and won't replace the bad VPS claimed it is their policy. The support even said the customer has to wait for the VPS to be removed from blacklist before use which is between 24hrs to 30days thereby extorting the customers of their money and time wasted. Till date the VPS is still blacklisted. So much back and forth with Support, even asking the customer to go and buy another clean IP elsewhere and come back to them for a swap. The customer notified them of being fraudulent by selling bad VPS to unsuspecting customer on purpose with no intention to take responsibility. I am very sure they will come under this post to deny and claim otherwise

I’ve had three outages in just one week with Dartnode, and not once was I notified or compensated despite their “100% uptime guarantee.” Each time I reached out, I got vague responses like “hopefully it won’t happen again” instead of clear explanations or solutions.

My server was critical for my business, yet Dartnode left me in the dark while billing me as normal. Stability and communication are both seriously lacking. I will be moving my business elsewhere very shortly.

I ordered a VPS 2 weeks ago, now I cant access it, dont know the reason.

DartNode gave me a blacklisted IP, wants me to pay for a new one. VPS crashes often. Last 7 days it was dead. Not working. Total scam! Avoid!
