Excellent customer service when u had queries in regards a product it was quickly answered and resolved, delivery times are acceptable and the quality of the outfit was good, very impressive will be purchasing again in the near future.

Company is not trustworthy and does not live up to their promises. I had ordered an outfit a month in advance and where they said they will deliver it in 25 days, I still haven’t received it nearly 2 months later. When contacting the team, they kept telling me it’s in process and on one occasion they said they don’t have an order with my order number. They didn’t give money back when I asked for a refund and kept telling me that they are “expediating” my order. Their responses are really slow. Really disappointing. Maybe a scam business but I’m not sure.

Would not even give it 1 star if it was an option. This company is 0 stars. They said repeatedly I would have my outfit delivered on time, by the time the date of delivery came my outfit was nowhere to be seen, when I contacted them they had infact not even made it yet. They then said it would be shipped the next day. Another week went by and nothing. After more back and forth I’ve been told everyday this past week it will be shipped today and again the next day and the next. Yet it’s just not being shipped. Absolutely useless and would never use them again.

It’s my first ever experience with Dastoor Collection, over all dress is Beautiful as it’s described at site. Neat embroidery,

My experience with this company was horrible. I reached out to them when I received my parcel about horrible stains I found on my outfit. They personally sent me a video of my outfit I picked and what I received looked very different. The quality and embroidery was much cheaper than what I saw in pictures and videos and the neckline was very different as well. The pearls on the neckline looked old and cheap. When I sent pictures as proof they said they’ll discuss this with their quality team and refused to give me a refund. Their customer service is very rude and unresponsive. They told me to send my order back so they can give me store credit or an exchange and when I asked them to send me a printing address label they refused and told me to deal with it myself. In my opinion, it’s not worth spending extra money on shipping and customs just to receive a downgraded version of what you initially picked.
