It's very glitchy Outdated posts, frozen load listings, chrashes and extremely expensive They just know it's almost a monopoly, so why change anything

Only board I use.
I like the new revised board. It is easy to find the loads I want for the date I want. It has the brokers information and usually the rate offered. It makes my job a lot easier.

It is important to have protection, app well arrange based on the filter, to keep high stardand professionalism a
Sometimes the filters don't work properly and some loads are not visible. Additionally, there is no protection against scams and no easy way to report unprofessional broker behavior.

Board Refreshing and Alarms Set
I understand that when growing your board there will be problems; however, the new way that the system is refreshing the screen is causing us to miss loads. If we do not stay on the board and interact with it the board stops refreshing. I set the alarm on the system to notify me of new loads when working on something else. When I come back to the board it locked and I have to manually refresh...this takes 2 sometime 3 screens to do it and now I missed the load that would have worked for us.

Load info need to filled
The load information is very important to me when I am booking a load. However some brokers don’t filled all the info or missing a lot of info about the loads. Like load and delivery date and time. Some even don’t have the rates on. This makes dispatchers and owner operators have to call or email them for it, which is waste of time. I hope you guys can do something to improve and make things clear.

I am satisfied with the thes load…
I am satisfied with the thes load board, the only complaint I have is that the web version of it has a lot more loads than the app for when using similar filters, other than that everything is good.

Lowboy & Hotshot separation
My experience on the DAT load board has been good. Would like to see separation for hotshot, I feel like hotshot should be in a separate group away from specialized decks or in with other. I run RGN & Have a hard time with all the hotshot loads being on the same page.

It should be mandatory that brokers post pick-up and delivery times. Also pay. That would eliminate calling brokers and wasting time on the phone.
