I've always experienced such helpful…

I've always experienced such helpful staff and any queries I have get resolved promptly. I would highly recommend them. Working solo ,the Phorest system is like having another member of staff with me..doing the things that I really don't have time to do (reminders and consultation forms etc) and allowing me to get on with my job. They are always looking at improving things to make our lives simpler.

I have been using Phorest for a few…

I have been using Phorest for a few years now. I was apprehensive about changing as i’ve had nightmares in the past.
They were so helpful talked you through everything and the system is easy to use.
There are lots of great tools to use to help build your business and there’s always someone at the other end to help when needed.

We LOVE Phorest!!

We LOVE Phorest! I have three locations and my whole team love working with Phorest. I have tried a few others and nothing compares. Its ease of use, functionality, features and support make this the best booking system we have used and we would not put our business in the hands of another! They are constantly evolving and improving and we are excited about the future with them!

We absolutely couldn’t run the salon…

We absolutely couldn’t run the salon without Phorest software. It’s so much more than a booking system and when we realised this and used more of the features, the business exploded. Our meetings with our Premium Success Manager, Gail are invaluable to us and are a great time to strategise and sound out possible business drivers.

Poor client experience.

The software does not work well. Many times, I am unable to login, to make a booking. I have had to create a new login 2 times, but I have to put a wrong phone number in because it wont allow me to create a new login with my number.
The salon is unable to correct any problems. It has to be done through Phorest.

Exceptional customer service

I cannot commend Phorest enough for the exceptional service they provide. We switched to phorest after having a terrible experience with another crm provider. Our account manager Gail has been on hand throughout the set up process to guide us through. Regular check-ins and expert guidance provided throughout has ensured everything has run like clockwork. She has truly gone above and beyond to ensure we have been looked after. The system has delivered everything promised and functions brilliantly with no glitches. The team find the system easy to use. Very happy customers!

The Holistic Lodge Phorest experience

Like me, if you are a one woman show having the Phorest software is like having another person in the office. I’ve been working in the beauty & holistic industry for over 20 yrs & introduced to Phorest 14 yrs ago. I never looked back. The system taking care of all appointments & client records was invaluable. Also the SMS appointment reminder meant customers were aware of their appointment eliminating “no shows” & promotional campaigns could be sent via SMS & email at the click of a button. Following an appointment clients are automatically asked to leave a review. I found this technology invaluable as reviews can be transferred to social media for eg fb insta etc or referred to in emails and at workshops etc. The technology support is endless depending on the size of your business & I found in my 14 years although a small business I was still given full support & shown respect on a par with high street salons with big staff numbers etc. I found Customer Service excellent. In fact I would rate Phorest 110% tops in Customer Service. They really shine as a Company in this Department. If you are starting out or an established business having Phorest Salon Software in your corner will ensure you are a winner & reach your full business potential & beyond. Phorest is the best CRM system

Phorest is the best CRM system, so user friendly, the support is first class. We switched from another system to this one and can honestly say it was the best decision we made. Gina is so helpful and always has lots of really useful tips.

Gina is super friendly and amazing!

Gina is not only super friendly, she has experience within the beauty industry and has used phorest in a working environment. She helped me with extra tips, tricks and took her time to answer any questions I had. She is an asset to Phorest and I am so happy with my experience with her yesterday.

Love Phorest

Love Phorest love the support from my account manager Gina nothing is too much trouble and is very patient with a non techy Beauty salon owner!!! Every call gives us new focus and new ideas ready to implement. Thank you Phorest

Think Twice. Poor support post implementation.

I switched from Milano (Canadian Company) to Phorest in Oct 2024. While the transition went smoothly - transferring data over, and helping us build the background to get started. It's now June 2025, our "success coach" does not answer our emails. I think she went AWOL. When you type in the software for support, it's all AI driven, and rarely helpful. I wish I had never switched. They don't have a 1-800 for support, so when you call and get put on hold forever, it's on your dime. Poorest customer service and follow up is ZERO,

They welcome suggestions for improvements, which i record on their online forum, but nothing gets acknowledged or addressed. And these are some basic enhancements on reports and tools that would just make it easier to use the software.

Sadly, now that we have switched, I'm afraid we are stuck with them for now.

Maybe they will see this, and call us FINALLY.

Trying to transfer a system to a new…

Trying to transfer a system to a new owner it has been 10 days and still waiting - most unprofessional service i have ever received from a service provider. They don't answer phone call every thing goes to a message with no-one returning calls

Progressive, easy and professional

From working with Diana to set up to having business meeting with Gail - the process has been seamlessly easy and accessible. The software is functional, practical and easy to work with. Phorest as a company are always on hand to help and also explain in more detail if needed.
Extremely happy with the results and also the constant progression happening to improve!!

WHEN YOU LEAVE PHOREST & YOU WILL

I have been a loyal customer for 10 years but with poor inconsistent reports and with numerous customer support responses more often than not taking 2 days I have decided to go with another provider, SalonIQ. I have kindly asked for an API link to make it a smooth transition across (surely I have earned that) and they point blank refuse because they say SalonIQ is a competitor. Well of course they are and so is every other salon booking system provider going to be. How very narrow minded and short sighted for the industry. They clearly feel very threatened and if they had given the support that you over pay for I would never have left.
