nothing solved. I keep receiving again and again the same message forwarding me to an article which solved nothing. Impossible to talk to a human. I did not manage to pay my bill. Horrible experience very frustating.

They don't answer the telephone at all (or are exceptionally slow!). I waited 30+ minutes on the phone and moved from queue position 3 to position 1 in that time.
I gave up and started using the Live Chat function - painful to get past AI bots and actually talk to a real operator. However once I did - Taya did a great job and sorted things quickly. Very efficient.
It's just annoying when companies don't allow their staff to speak on the phone and action things quickly that way but will have plenty of them on computers to do the exact same thing.
No fault to Taya she was great - but I wasted 30 minutes of my time trying to get through to someone for a simple administrative issue that took minutes to flag and fix.
They acted on my request and went above and beyond to help me even though i discovered they no longer covered my property.
