Louis and Luke were professional and courteous and fixed our meter issue quite quickly. Very different and a pleasant positive experience compared to the spotty responses from Insite email support!

Absolutely terrible experience with the company.
A wrong water meter number has been assigned for my flat which prevents me from submitting my meter readings. The management company of my building forced me to move to insite energy earlier this year me during the switch the meter numbers have not been updated.
I called their helpline but the representative declined to help me on the phone, asking instead to contact them in writing attaching a photo proof of the number of my current water meter, so I had to lose more time and write to them.
I submitted a general query form and I got an automatic acknowledgement saying I would get a response within seven working days. That did not happen.
On their website you can’t attach JPEG which is the most widely used and popular digital image format in the world and yet they don't accept it.
If I only could I would never use insite energy as my provider

Ato is such a great engineer. He has demonstrated a high level of professionalism, technical knowledge, and commitment throughout the work. He is reliable, responsive, and pays close attention to detail. His approach to problem-solving is practical and effective, and he communicates clearly with the team.

Cohen ( the engineer ) from insite visited our place which was without heating and was able to resolve the issue within 30 mins!

The previous engineer has concluded that our pcb was busted. However, Cohen effectively uncovered that PCB was working perfectly fine. While the real issue was that the main controller had heat turned off for some reason.

While our previous experience with insite has been bitter sweet, including current issue and delays in scheduling engineer visit ( which caused us to live without hot water and space heating for 3 weeks! ), cohen himself was amazing, efficient, knowledgeable and very good with communication!

Lirim and Adam came for my HIU servicing today. Both of them are really professional and friendly. Very knowledgeable as well. My heating unit temperature is stuck at a cold temperature and coming from Asian country, I will not be able to survive that in winter. Both Lirim and Adam have kindly helped me to adjust the temperature and now I’m really for winter!

Love the service by both of them and hope they’ll be assigned to me again for future servicing ☺️☺️☺️.
