Heat Interface Unit Fixing
Luke attended my property to fix leak from my heat interface unit today. He did a good job not only fixing the leak but explaining the causes patiently. He is kind and professional.

The company made all the difference. Darren is a truly charismatic, professional and genuinely nice guy. He made sure everything was taken care of, and didn’t mind staying a little longer to make sure everything was just right. His attention to detail and great attitude really made the experience.

Great experience
Had a great experience with the engineer, he took his time and had great attention to detail to diagnose the fix. They ensured my HUI unit was fixed to a perfect standard and was kind and courteous throughout the visit, thank you!

The engineer who attended was very pleasant and helpful
The engineer ‘Cohen’ who attended was very pleasant & helpful and managed to not fix the main issue. But has arranged and fixed that we now have hot water until L&Q sort there side out. As the issue lies with L&Q not insite.

Great service, leaky HIU
Darren came round to fix the leak in my HIU. He was great from the offset assuring me he would get it fixed. Which he has! He then took the time to show me that all my taps had hot water and that there was no more leaks. Great service 😃
