The WORST service I’ve ever used
What should have been a 5 day change over process was something that took over 31+ days and we ended up having to top up a previous tenants account in order to have hot water and heating/cooling running. It took our rental agency + us following up consistently for any updates and overall the whole process was the worst process I’ve ever experienced. We how have to follow up how we will recoup money for the top ups we put in the previous account in order to even have hot water running

For the HIU visit, Darren was very friendly and took the time to explain how everything works. The service went smoothly. This review is not a reflection of Insite as a business as I have had issues with them in the past. Instead, this is a review of the customer service I received for this instance.

Cohen the Engineer
Cohen the Engineer has come to my apartment a few times to fix my HIU, and each time he's displayed great customer service being very helpful answering my questions around my HIU and general heating related issues, and and has been proactive and thoughtful in explaining the issues and suggesting things to help get around my issues, and also in letting me know what I should expect from insite and by when.
