Luke has been absolutely excellent throughout. He was professional, helpful, responsive and made the whole process much easier for us. Communication was clear and efficient, and he was always willing to help whenever we had a question or needed support. Superb service
Superb service. Within 48 hours got an engineer to come visit. And Luke was fantastic. Polite, punctual and considerate about shoes in the house etc. and he fixed the boiler in quick time. Couldn’t ask for more

Welcome email received after 20days from submitting my movein form this was after 5 phonecall enquiries+ 3 whatsapp enquiries + 2 email enquires that were never responded. Wasted so much time on this.
Finally got my account created when the issue was elevated to the senior team to chase the account team. I sincerely appreciate the customer service team for chasing the account team, they have been really helpful at least..
