DataMaster for Appraisers Avis 

The only reason for the three stars is that since the MC form was eliminated, I would like to see the cost of your service reduced. If no adjustments will be made, we will most likely discontinue DataMaster. Thank you.

For the last several years I loved Datamaster for the 1004-MC report. I thought the program did a good job on this report plus it allowed plenty of room for appraisers to add or subtract from comments. Filling in the comps was nice also. Sometimes I used charts but not always. However; now I rarely need the 1004-MC. In addition the 1004MC (without comments and chart) is also available on my MLS service today. Thus the need for the program has somewhat diminished.

When installing an update the personal configuration resets to default.
It's not always dragging custom data, as garage info in form 1073.
The software gets only 9 comps in report.

This service saves me at least an hour per job...…… I love it!

A lot of times data doesn't transfer. There are missing boxes without data, and the cost is high. When the program does work it works great. However, its far and few between.

Very helpful in completing appraisals in both time savings as well as accuracy.

DataMaster is a tool I use completing 1004 MC report. It's quick and easy.

My problem was solved right away, but I don't know if I can repeat what was done. It is really simple for the tech, but I will likely have to call back soon. I like the product, but not sure how user friendly it is.

This program cuts down the time spent on the data entry process. After using it for a couple of years, I can't imagine going back to entering all those fields on the comparables grid!

poor response times, data not being pulled consistantly, errors out too often, last "update" now it does not pick up concessions. This program is now too expensive for this type of experience.

Great product that saves a serious amount of time.

This service has cut my typing in half. I was reluctant at first as I didn't want to give up any of my independence. After using this for the first time I was sold. Saving the time allows me more time to review my work.

The quality software has saved me so much time, in the appraisal process. I could take on more work!

Good product. Does what it says it will do.

Could be more user friendly as far as setting up criteria in a specific order. For example to match up with my grid descriptions not generic description.

DataMaster has cut down report writing time significantly - it's worth every penny.

Was told Relocation form was available. However It is not.
