There are commas in places UAD will not accept that need to be removed from every field, Bedroom and bathroom counts are often wrong, unfinished basement area lists the full basement area instead of 0, MLS and DOM field is too large for the form space and must be corrected every time, etc

Saves tons of time on data input for the 1004MC Addendum. My only complaint is that DM results often differ from my own done by hand, but usually not by a significant amount.

inputs data but not reliable to get it right. Helpful staff but no changes when you point out problems. Same problem next time.

I will like the flexibility to be able manipulate the data by removing outliers after data has been transferred into my report

I really have not spent much time with it. What I really need is a shortcut to inputting comps only. I can’t seem to get a good quick way to just import comps

Decent service however Total is now doing almost the same thing with Titan Analytics. The price is pretty steep also.

A few years back I would have given you 5 stars, but frankly, I'm using the program less and less. 3.5 to 4 stars makes more sense. While the importing of the subject and comp data is very useful, the stats are not what they could be, especially now that the 1004MC is becoming less important. To give the program 5 stars I'd like to see a more robust statistical program, one that would calculate adjustments for square footage, lot size (when possible), baths, bedrooms (if possible), etc. You already have the data when we upload data to complete the 1004MC. Why not take it step further??? That would really make the program shine.

Datamster helps fill in a lot of the data for the comps. I don't use it for the subject but that is available. There are some areas on the grid that have to be put in manually. It is 90 % correct. Using Datamaster saves a lot of time. I spend my time editing the comps instead of having to input everything.

I'm a new appraiser and see this to be the standard we work with.
My work focus is residential properties.

The best part for me is the support I receive each time I call. While I run up against things it cannot do the support team finds work-arounds.

The program is so large I haven't explored all the features yet.

Great program but in order to change data or do an additional subject search when the first one fails I have to shut down and restart DataMaster. Very inconvenient but still a very good program.

Very helpful but every time it updates we loose the settings, very irritating.

Great service if ever there is a problem. Easy integration. Superior product.

Software works fine. Needs to teeek some of the import fields.

I feel there is room for improvement to the flexibility and range of deliverables for this tool.

Mostly satisfied, but known issues (downloading APN data from Prince Georges County, MD) do not appear to be a top priority

It works great, makes my work go much faster
