Fantastic service I recently purchased pot blocks and patio tiles from them when I collected the blocks 3 members of staff loaded them onto my van when I received the delivery of the slabs there were 3 broken i telephoned to advise them of this and they supplied replacements the next day good old fashioned customer service that you don’t get very often with most companies and very competitively priced

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave such a fantastic review! We're really pleased to hear you were happy with both the service you received when collecting your blocks and the delivery of your patio slabs. We're sorry a few slabs arrived damaged, but we're glad we were able to get replacements out to you the very next day. Providing good, old-fashioned customer service is exactly what we aim for as a family business, so it means a lot to hear that recognised. Thank you again for your business and your kind words – we really appreciate it!

Many thanks for the positive review John. I believe the delivery driver James mentioned that the delivery may have been forgotten about, that certainly wasn't the case. Our delivery notes are split into multiple piles depending on what vehicle the delivery is to be dispatched on. Our driver James had finished his deliveries for the day and as one of the other drivers (Alex) was still out on his rounds we decided to get it over on James' on his way home to help Alex out so he wouldn't be late finishing that day. Sorry for the miscommunication
Excellent service
