Lakeside Landscapes Store Avis

The first person I spoke to was pleasant and helpful and gave me a quote over the phone. However, when I later emailed to confirm the order and spoke with Hugh, I was given several different prices for the same materials and told the original conversation hadn’t happened.

I was also initially given the choice of paying in person or on delivery, only for this to later change and I was required to go in and pay beforehand. When I tried to clarify the inconsistencies, I found the response rude, argumentative and dismissive.

I emailed again the following week about another order and received no response at all.

The materials were fine, but unfortunately not worth the poor customer service. I wouldn’t use them again.

I’ve since used Cobble Shop, Gemmell’s Garden Centre and Bresch Brothers for my projects and found the pricing competitive with much better service.

Website easy to work and the delivery of goods ordered was quick and efficient.

I used online service to purchase supplies for building a fence. There was a calculator online which was really easy to use to work out how much you needed. The delivery of the order was super speedy. Would definitely recommend and use the company again.

Very prompt delivery & competitive pricing. The guy delivering the aggregates was so helpful & chatty. I’d definitely order again in the future. Happy customer!

I made a mistake on my order and the staff at Lakeside sorted it right away for me and delivered my order bang on time , will definitely use them again

The delivery was only a curbside delivery, as told by the delivery driver. No where on their site did it state curb side delivery only, and if that was the case, then why was there a section for any specific delivery instructions?? I also was charged extra for delivery, even though on the side of the delivery truck it states, " free delivery on orders over £200 " . Delivery was day after ordered, but I was not notified of this.

Ordered materials in morning , was delivered early afternoon . Great price and service .
