Not what I ordered at all
I ordered a variety pack of 6 terrarium plants. What turned up was only 3 varieties but 2 I of each plant. Completely insufficient to make a terrarium. Very unhelpful customer service that basically aren't interested and will leave me considerably out of pocket to send back. Why they didn't just state out of stock I don't know. Won't be using this company again.

After my first lot of plant's wasn't delivered by Evri ( lost in transit) I reached out to this company.
My concern was meet by Robyn, who understands my problem.
Delt with very professionally, and my new perfect plant's have arrived well packed today 12.10.26.

Disappointed. No onions
Im really disappointed that i ordered Ailsa Craig onions and my order was cancelled.

Unfortunately, this variety sold out and we were unable to fulfil your order. A cancellation notification should have been sent automatically to the email address provided at checkout, explaining that the order had been cancelled.

Some plants arrived broken. I did email several times but received no reply.

We're very sorry to hear that some of your plants arrived damaged.
We've checked our customer service correspondence but unfortunately cannot find any emails from you regarding this issue. It's possible your messages were sent in reply to one of our automated order confirmation or marketing emails, which are sent from an unmonitored email address.
We certainly wouldn't intentionally ignore a customer reporting damaged plants, and we're sorry if you've been trying to reach us without success.

Thank you for your review! We're delighted to hear that you found ordering easy and that your bulbs arrived so quickly.
Regarding the slight mould on a couple of the bulbs, a small amount of superficial surface mould can occasionally occur during storage or transit and is generally nothing to worry about, provided the bulbs themselves are firm and healthy.
However, if any bulbs feel soft or show signs of deterioration, please don't hesitate to contact us at info@carbethplants.co.uk with a photograph, and we'll be happy to take a look.

Good plants and reliable company
Good communication with Carbeth and was able to track delivery. The rose was well packaged and arrived intact. The size of the rose bush was as described. Planted it same day as delivery and it is doing well so far. This is my second order from Carbeth and pleased with their service. Would recommend.
