The photographs on our website show plants at a more established stage of growth, so younger plants may look smaller and less developed when first received.

An online order completed and dispatched very quickly, even though it was a Sunday. the Strawberry Plants arrived next day and now planted and looking very good, 24Hrs later. Looking forward to a good Harvest next year. Time will Tell.

I ordered this plant Friday 2nd it is…
I ordered this plant Friday 2nd it is now Thursday the 8th and I still have not received my plant and I did not give my wrong post code I moved into my new place 10 months ago and bought a lot of things and not got my postcode wrong in all that time I can understand slipping to the s because it’s right by the a but the B is no where near so you got my postcode wrong not me I want my money back and I want it now so I can go and buy a plant from a good company

We have checked your order and can see that the postcode provided when the order was placed was incorrect.
The order was dispatched on time; however, the incorrect postcode has caused a delay with the carrier while they attempt to route the parcel to the correct address.
Unfortunately, we are unable to prevent delivery delays where incorrect address details have been provided with an order.
The parcel is still with the carrier and they are working to complete the delivery.
Update - we would like to clarify that the delivery postcode printed on your shipping label was taken directly from the shipping address provided when the order was placed at checkout.
Our shipping labels are generated automatically from these details. We do not manually enter, amend or select customers' postcodes, and our system has no way of knowing what a customer's intended postcode should be.
We appreciate that you believe you entered the correct postcode, but the postcode on the shipping label is the one recorded against your order at checkout.
