I received my plants within 3 days in…
...I received my plants within 3 days in very good condition all planted... I love the variety of plants... but could do with some instructions on the plant for us beginners... but on the whole very pleased will order more but running out of space.... there was one set of instructions in the water plant but other than that I haven't had any instructions for my plants and remember some people can't use things on Internet like qr codes

The post code on the receipt changed

I was told to contact parcel force which I did
They told me that the post codes were close together and they’d reroute it
They didn’t - it went to the wrong address
I won’t use you again - no help or explanation was offered

We're sorry to hear that your parcel was delivered to the wrong address and understand your disappointment.
We would like to clarify that our shipping labels are generated automatically using the delivery details recorded when an order is placed. We do not manually enter or change customers' postcodes, and our system cannot independently determine what a customer's intended postcode should be.
When you contacted us regarding the postcode discrepancy, you were advised to contact the courier to see whether the parcel could be redirected. We understand that carrier indicated they would attempt to reroute the parcel, and we're sorry this was not successful.
We appreciate how frustrating this situation has been. However, the postcode on the shipping label was taken from the delivery information recorded against your order, rather than being changed by our team.
We're sorry that your experience has left you disappointed, and our Customer Service team remains available to review the delivery issue with you.

Lovely rose with a wonderful fragrance. I gave it as a gift to my friend. She loves it and emailed you about pruning. She is very happy with your advice and passed it onto me as l don’t have any idea how to prune roses. It arrived very well packed and quickly.

Very pleased with this company and good customer service
I have purchased bulbs from carbeth plants for the first time this year. I felt the prices were competitive and delivery quick.
I did need to contact them as I had a query about my order but I was very pleased as it was resolved quickly and without fuss.
I will certainly recommend this company and will use again myself.
I am looking forward to a beautiful flower display next year.

Bought a plant and all the flowers were damaged in transit you need to be more aware of packing your items especially if it’s a cactus ,I won’t be doing business in future

The photographs on our website show plants at a more established stage of growth, so younger plants may look smaller and less developed when first received.

An online order completed and dispatched very quickly, even though it was a Sunday. the Strawberry Plants arrived next day and now planted and looking very good, 24Hrs later. Looking forward to a good Harvest next year. Time will Tell.
