Excellent quality trees
Excellent quality trees. I didnt have much time to have these delivered because of a last minute project that I took on. Two of the trees werent' available and I was personally called my the MD to offer alternatives that were in stock. Such a lovely guy. My trees arrived in time for my job and my client was thrilled.

If you need any help assembling your tree, just give me a call. All our trees are made by "Everlands" and even although the branches are hinged to the trunk for easy assembly, I think the trick is to spend a lot of time opening them all up and spacing the small ones out evenly. Excellent Customer Service
Awaiting arrival of my order of a christmas tree, but Dawn Direct have been great in keeping me informed re: despatch date, and I have received two phone calls from a lovely helpful lady updating me on progress of order. Obviously can't prejudge product until it arrives, but from shopping online it seemed very competively priced, and judging by service received to date I have no hesitation in recommending Dawn Direct.

I didn’t want to write a review but I was constantly being reminded by email to write one.
When I ordered the item on the website, it says the product was available. But once ordered, someone called to say there was a delay in the delivery so had to wait for a week. Once a week was up, I wrote to check up on status. On the next day, another person called to say that the delivery will be further delayed as the consignment was delivered to Jersey by mistake so will be delayed again. Knowing that this will keep on happening, I decided to cancel the order to get a refund.
I am giving this low rating as you shouldn’t be saying there is product available when it’s actually not available as it’s very misleading to the customer. Also, as I didn’t want to write this review but I was constantly being harassed by trustpilot to leave review which is annoying.

Hello Mr Wong, Thank you for your feedback, I would like to apologise for not providing a 5 star service to you. I've checked our records and can confirm that Julia was the only member of staff contacting you. I see she contacted you on two occasions and refunded your £66.00 within 24 hours of your request. I would like to explain the very unusual circumstances that caused this error.
We eventually received a full container of Christmas Trees a week later than promised by the supplier, we unloaded the container in our warehouse then discovered that it was the wrong one and our container had been delivered to Jersey.
Unfortunately its still there (held up with customs & VAT) we now expect it to be with us by the 8th October.
Our current software uploads items to our online shop when a purchase order has been processed, up till now this method has worked for us. But I will now have this changed to once goods have been inspected.
I will ask Trust Pilot to stop sending requests more than once, I fully understand how this can be very annoying, I know Julia has said she will contact you once the tree you selected is in our warehouse, If you still want to purchase it, I will ask her to have it sent to you first, then when you are 100% happy you can pay for it. I have also added a note on our website to say the expected delivery date for some trees will be 8th October.
Once again Mr Wong, I apologise for this poor service and hope you will give us an opportunity to serve you in the future.

I have been searching for a LED mains supply xmas candlebridge for awhile now. They all seem to be battery operated now. I finally found your company on the internet that sold them.
