Dawntown Avis 

I have ordered a travis scott Argentina t-shirt after the order is confirmed.But there no Update on the product, no tracking number and no information was given. I contacted the dawntown customer service they kept telling me it will reach within the next 3 to 4 day, however till now no information was given and still no update on the product. Please do not buy from them this is a scam and a fraud.

I wish there was an option of zero star. Such a bad support and service from them. I had ordered a pair of sneakers 2 months back but it have not been delivered yet nor they are initiating the refund. What scam company it is!

Dawntown got to be the worst reseller I have ordered sneakers from. Worst reseller providing false promise with no proper customer support or response. I have got sneakers from veg nonveg, cdc, hype elixir and from limitededt and also footlocker. Just ordered in dawntown for the first time, I totally regret why I did that. Its been more than a month. I still get any update on when my order will be shipped. I have also went through certain negative comments from redit about dawntown, I didn't take that serious at that time. But now I totally understand those are true

I placed an order on July 3rd but never received the product. Despite multiple emails and phone calls, there has been no proper response or resolution from Dawntown.

When I finally got a reply, they refused to process a refund and only offered store credit or alternate products — which I clearly declined. Till now, no one has contacted me with any update, and my refund has not been processed.

This is a clear case of poor service and complete lack of accountability. As per Indian Consumer Protection laws, a refund should have been provided for a product that was never delivered.

Extremely disappointed. I do not recommend this platform to anyone.

One of the worst experiences ever . I ordered a pair aj 1 mods from them three months back and they neither delivered nor refunded the amount . Their customer support doesn’t even reply to messages nor do they pickup the calls . I filed a case in the consumer court and through nchs against them but no action has been taken yet . Idk what to do now

Well. I finally got my shoes. They called and advised theyvhad some issue. Were nice enough to ensure delivery of my order despite the delay and challenges. Wishing u all the best for rhe future.

This is 1st time I placed order-DT, on 20Jan 25. I am not getting any updates. Your phone is not working. Bad service. Poor service. I was planning to order a pair of retro oz as well but I won't now. Poor service. Please help to cancel the order if can't deliver it . I'll post this on social media as well to save others to go through this humiliation. Bunch of idiots , running a fraud business

They are providing the best price in the market as compared to any marketplace or reseller, i know the delivery is slow sometimes but its fine if i get an authentic pair in a perfect condition at a great price

awful. They are not delivering my order that i placed 7 weeks ago. They do not pick up calls. I emailed them regarding this they said it will be delivered in 10 days biu it was not, then i messaged them on insta they replied instantly asking for my order id then just dissapeared replied back a week later saying it will be deliverd in a week and then again it was NOT. Now they have again just stopped replying. Never ever buy from them no matter how good the deal is.

It’s unfortunate that I have to address this matter publicly, but after dedicating a year of work to Dawntown and leaving in September 2024, I am still waiting for my remaining salary. Despite following up for six months, my messages to Risheek were repeatedly met with promises of “tomorrow for sure,” only for them to be ignored later.

I believe every professional deserves to be compensated fairly for their work. I am sharing my experience to make others aware and to urge the company to take responsibility. This situation is truly disappointing and should not be the way any organization operates.

I had ordered one sneaker which was on sale that time , they confirmed my order that time so I thought it will take 7-8 days time to deliver. Even after 10 days my order was not shipped . When I talked to them , they said their team has made a mistake in uploading the image , & said the sneaker costs more than i have paid , and they cannot ship the shoes which i ordered .When i told them to cancel my order they started ghosting me . Not replying to my calls and messages. I’m trying to get in touch with them everyday they are not responding !
please don’t buy from their store & online website , they are totally a scammer . They shouldn’t have confirmed my order when that shoe was not available !

If one can give the worst of the worst review, this site should get one. Acting all authentic and real, but it’s a scam, FAKE! FAKE! FAKE!
I’ve placed an order on 9th December 2024, and till date 01.03.2025,
I haven’t received the order neither got an update, no calls no emails, they haven’t reverted back to any of my calls/ messages.
Initially in the first month they picked my call and was give me so much promises and hope about getting the product shipped and delivered, And now i can’t reach them at all.

What a scam! I placed an order on their site on January 19th, and to date, I’ve only received a confirmation email—no order tracking, no dispatch update, nothing. It’s been a week now, and despite multiple attempts to contact them via email, dropbox, and even phone, I’ve received no response at all.

I initially saw a few negative reviews but assumed they were isolated incidents. Now, I believe the positive reviews are either fake or paid. This has been the worst experience ever. I booked this for someone’s special day, and now I have nothing to take with me.

Such negligence and lack of customer service are completely unacceptable. If I could, I would give them a negative review. If I don’t receive an immediate update or resolution, I will escalate this matter further and ensure no one else falls victim to this scam. It’s because of a few scammers like them that our country’s reputation gets tarnished.

My experience with Downtown has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. After placing an order for a pair of shoes, I was bombarded with 7 calls from their executive, pressuring me to finalize the payment. The intensity of their follow-up made me hopeful for a smooth transaction. However, this hope was short-lived.

Once the payment was processed, it was as if Downtown decided I no longer existed. My attempts to contact them about my order were met with a deafening silence for an entire week. When they finally decided to pick up the phone, they acted as though we were starting from scratch, asking for my address all over again, with no acknowledgment of the payment I had made or the order I was inquiring about.

To make matters worse, they issued a tracking number that turned out to be a dead end. My order has yet to be shipped, and the level of customer service has been astonishingly poor. It's baffling how the quality of service can plummet so drastically post-payment.

This experience has left me incredibly disheartened, and I urge anyone considering a purchase from Downtown to think twice. The lack of accountability and follow-through is alarming, and it's clear that customer satisfaction is not their priority.
