So far its been 3 weeks for an order from italy to the uk , delays caused by their customs paperwork,finally paid their fee of £55 , for what i dont know,tracking stated out for delivery today, then tracking changed and stated not delivered, called DB SHENKER who told me the truck broke down and goods had to be off loaded to another track and it will be out for tommorow, then later the sender of my goods message me to ask why i've refused delivery ?D B SHENKER messaged my supplier to say i've refused delivery ?? A BLATANT LIE, TOLD MY SUPPLIER astelav in Italy NEVER to use this company again !!

Absolutely useless stay well clear

Absolutely useless stay well clear, shipment delayed 4 day's, no updates on tracking, finally got one that said out for delivery, then 5pm came and called them up to see where they are, not coming today, it will be another 3 day's (when I'll be in Asia for over a month) absolute rubbish stay away from this company

how bad are you

Wow! Just looking at the 1 star rating says it all! tracking says my shipment was due to be delivered a week ago, no updates since, no telling me when or what the issue is. sent support message through their website twice, and nothing. e-mailed them and nothing. No phone number to call, no chat function! Do not recommend

Just try to avoid

Experience is still going on.
Tracking blatantly is false, says the pallets were one place, when they were somewhere else.

1 week delivery from Poland to the UK took 6 weeks. Gross incompetence at any level.

They likely work well for the majority of orders. But if something small happens, then the knock on effects seem severe and they do nothing to put this right unless pushed to move things along.

At 3 weeks late, and having cleared customs, they chose to wait over a week to but the UK delivery, despite telling me each day it was due to dispatch.

Absolutely the worst service I have…

Absolutely the worst service I have ever encountered in my life without exaggeration.
Ordered an eBike through a third company who for some reason use this company ? The Bike was in Berlin Germany and to be delivered to France. Tracked 2 days to a depot still in Germany (South West) arrived 04/09/2025 @ 6:55 and there it has apparently been ever since !!! Called many different depots (as basically passed around) in the Schenker group and NO ONE KNOWS WHERE IT IS OR GOING, NO ONE CARES TO HELP AND HAVE HAD THE PHONE HUNG UP ON ME SEVERAL TIMES ALSO EVEN FROM THE CUSTOMER SERVICES DEPOT, ALSO NO ANSWERING AND THEN LINE CUT OFF ??? was supposed to arrive 08/09/ still waiting now 11/09. I would never ever use this company or recommend it to my worse enemy. stay well away

A delivery company who don't know when they will deliver 🤷🏼‍♂️

My package was sitting in a dispatch centre in France for an entire week. Despite asking on a number of occasions what the delay was I was never given an answer. On two different days I was told someone would call me back later in the day. Neither did. The package was meant to be delivered on Monday the 11th but I'm told now that I'll only find out in Monday where it is. It may, or may not get a ferry this weekend. It is ridiculous to think that a company being paid to deliver goods can have no idea when said goods are going to be delivered.

RUBBISH

RUBBISH, delivery still stuck in customs a week after paying the customs invoice - I have literally been on hold on the phone twice now for over an hour, can not get hold of anybody to get an update. Avoid at all costs. ABSOLUTE WASTE OF TIME

1 star as 0 stars isn't an option...
By far the worst delivery I've arranged and I include the shambles that is DHL Express...
They had our package from 10th March and didn't even schedule a possible delivery until the 17th.
Arranged delivery date we received a call from the driver saying they couldn't find our address, then said they couldn't access our street, no surprise as it's pedestrianised. I would have thought a shipping/freight company would primarily check delivery addresses for this kind of obstacle, they're in logistics for God's sake!
Delivery re-arranged for subsequent days, with phone call assurances that it would be delivered and I can only assume these were complete lies as we didn't even receive the classic "we tried to deliver your item but no-one was home".
Eventually the delivery was completed today, however I received a phone call to say the driver couldn't even access the local town square so I had to walk 600 metres to take delivery and then humph the 120kg packages back up the hill to my house, safe to say it's not a door to door service.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

oh my Goodness......lost our goods from…

oh my Goodness......lost our goods from Italy to Australia (pallet) then after much calling stated it would be with us within 3 days after arriving in Brisbane....then was sent on a truck to outback old.....10 days later arrived after a massive delay , causing all. sorts of issues with our customers...then refused to compensate or offer any kind of apology....do not go with this shonky joke of a freight company.

Worst every company. Shipments delayed, tracking provided won't update at all for past 6 days. No response to my emails. Stay away from this company at any cost,

Diabolical Customer Service

We imported a pallet from our Manufacturers in Italy only for DB Schenker to double entry and invoice us twice we have paid but they wont deliver goods.
Faceless customer service that do not respond avoid at all costs much better shipping agents out there.

Zero stars!
The worst freight forwarder I have ever used to move cargo. Customer service is concerning, communication poor, not taking accountability for mistakes (delivery deadline missed) not apologising and in fact arguing after informing me continual delays on delivery.

I could go on and on as I have never experienced such unprofessionalism.

AVOID.

It is the most diabolical Company we…

It is the most diabolical Company we have ever dealt with in 25 years: chasing paid invoices, making errors on customs declarations, zero communication with us or between their staff members, very high declaration charges... We cannot understand how they can operate.
Thankfully we have managed to convince our UK shipper to use another freight Company
