Dbud Avis 

Good overall. But impossible to identify in the dark (at festivals) which one is left or right if you don't want to use the cord. There should be some way to identify by touch.

I have tried to return the product by emailing dBud several times.
I got a reply that they have received my request, but then never hear back from them.

The earplugs also don't seem to block the specified decibel number when I tried wearing them. I would not dare wearing these at a concert for protecting my hearing, since they don't seem to block that much sound at all. Which is why I wanted to return them.

I was telling all my friends about how good these ear buds are after buying the first start up samples.
Now after buying some replacements.
The new design needs a redesign.
The noise reduction is not upto scratch with first set and head band gets court on my collar resulting one of the buds pulled out of ears. Finally the magnets are now not strong enough, this means I've almost lost the dbuds so many times going from the office to a noisy factory.
Not buying any more now!!

I liked the concept but wish it adapted to the environment being I'm autistic and have sensory overload daily that would have been better for me but overall the concept was good just wish it was adaptable with my environment and noises so Wil have to get something else for me

These are great for festivals! The volume toggle is a game changer, No longer do I have to mess around with swapping between earplugs of different strength to keep my ears protected when hanging out between stages.

Their customer support is also top tier and generously helped me out after they were stolen! Can't recommend these enough!!

Love the product and customer service is excellent best earbuds for misophonia or to deal with noisy environment

Noise reduction is great for a passive device. Helps me a lot to filter background noise from crowds from persons talking to me. My own voice though sounds pretty loud when I'm speaking

There is not a noticeable difference between the two selectable options
Much cheaper than the last adjustable ear plugs I had but know where near as good. I will now go and buy the dearer set and discard this the dbuds.

Very upset with the "new style" of product.
I owned the original version of these ear buds and they were amazing all around but unfortunately misplaced them, on that note I decided to pay the price for what I thought was the same great quality earbuds, I was very unimpressed when I got my new pair.
The magnets which keep them safely around my neck was much weaker than the original pair.
Because of this very weak magnet my new pair of earbuds fell off last week while dancing and they are gone forever now. This would not have happened with the old pair I purchased from you guys.
I used to promote your quality earbuds yo everyone, now you have created something that is no good. You owe me a new pair or a refund! Thanks!

Great product! Second pair I’ve bought, first was a gift, and I love how many extra ear size options there are now. Shipping was faster than I expected, and so far the carrying container has held up well.

Unfortunately, the headphones never arrived. Payment was made via PayPal, the money is gone for now. No response from the seller to my complaint and enquiry so far.

I had a very good experience with the Customer Services Team. They resolved the delivery issue very swiftly. I now am the owner of 2 pairs dbud ear plugs. I am very happy 😊

Exactly as described . I’m a piper so ear protection is important. Especially when you have 20 other pipers playing along with you in a room. There are time at bands between playing sets and you’re listening to instructions that moving the slide to hear them rather than taking them out is brilliant.

Very expensive and they used to of better quality and used fit better.

I didn't realize when I bought the earplugs that they'd be roughly half the size of the originals I bought years ago when they first came out. Have been testing them at work and they're not as good as the old larger design. Great for kids though. Something about the larger ones with the larger hole and filter is much better in my opinion.
Still best bang for buck earplugs.
