The worst customer service response to queries. Not sure if I would ever use it again or recommend to friends, family, or consumer review sites.

Deals Dot made an exception and offered me to return the product for a refund, even though the 30 days guarantee had expired. This is what I call real care for Customer Satisfaction. Thank you Deals Dot. :)

Ordered bedside tables and never received them or heard from them again. Tried to contact them but phone mailbox is full. These are scammers, don't order anything from them if you expect to receive it.

I have never had such bad customer service in my life. It does not even rate a single star. I ordered two sets of dishes on 12/14. They charged my account that day. I have never gotten them. You can't track the items. I have sent 5 emails and not one has ever been answered. The phone is disconnected. If you try to send a message via their on site customer service link it will not send and says try again latter. Considering I have never had this happen to me before I intend on posting forever to every site I can find to tell people to NEVER EVER order anything from this company. They should be closed and in jail for what they are doing to people.

I ordered a surround sound system at the beginning of Dec. I have not received it yet. I have sent 5 emails but no response. I tried to contact them by phone but numbers are no good. Please do not buy anything from this company. I will be contacting consumer resources.

Ordered a radio two weeks ago. Dealsdot ads followed me around the internet wherever I went as if trying to get me to buy another item before my radio arrived. Glad I did not fall for it. No word and no radio.What kind of fake company is this? I have reported them to the BBB.

I think what you have to look at with a dishonest company like this, is the amount of customers who were cheated out of their money and have actually posted on line their experiences with DealsDot. Then look at the few postitive comments from other customers, who I do not believe are customers, these are written up by someone in the company. There is actually one positive review written by Ammar the owner, I guess he thought no one would notice. I believe after the holiday season this company is going to disappear and everyone will be left hanging

If I could give them 0 stars, I would!!! Total scam. Their website looks legit, but my order never came and they took my money! Got an initial confirmation of my order with an order number, but now they won’t answer emails and their phone number has been “temporarily disconnected”. So no way to reach them and I never got my product, but they sure have my money!

All were delivered well packaged and on time. Will order again from here. Thanks so much!

Im very disappointed and angry 😡😡😡😡 I order a stereo for my husband that loves music I know he deserves more than that and as a law enforcement I try to get something nice for him I was waiting for more than a week and my order never arrived no tracking number and no answers I try to contact them and and no answer at all 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 they took my money right away bunch a thieves scammers .

SCAMMERS, The present was supposed to be a Christmas gift for my aging father-in-law who was really looking forward to it. We are out over 100$ and Dad got SAD. SCAMMERS

They are SCAMMERS, i made an order , a month ago, i got nothing, the phone number on their contact is out of service, my order number it 5372

It took 4months to get my order, totally ridiculous!

Scam artists-no customer service and no product-take your money and you never hear from them again- those good reviews are either bots or employees of dealdot-don't be taken in

Love the site....Very satisfactory, they finished my order faster than the due dated. Would definitely recommend this site.

I placed an order which I never received and The money was taken out of my account the same day, I sent several unanswered e-mails I called their telephone number it is a recorded message which hangs up at the end. no way to reach them , cancel the transaction on your credit card as soon as possible if you can , positive comment is wrong and made by them
