She was nice, and helpful. She didn’t know exactly what was going on with my situation, but she referred to the notes and checked back and forth between myself and Jada, a supervisor; and ended the conversation with Jada would’ve retiring my call.

The agent that assisted me this afternoon was Beverly A. She's an older woman like myself and I appreciated her cheerfulness and her professional manner. She was also patient and pleasant. Never rushing me. Always willing to be helpful as long as it took. I found it a pleasure to be helped by her. I'm not very tech savvy and so it took me awhile to do some things. Debt Blue is a fantastic company to work with. I admit when I started I was nervous, all of the team is helpful and honest! The team is always willing to help and make sure they do all they can to do so!
