Made everything very easy they go out of there way to help you very professional

Never been able to upload any documents to portal. Would rather pay a extra year. Not gonna be able to remortgage. Not helpful.

THIS HAS TO BE THE WORST AND MOST STRESSFUL EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE.
I paid a huge windfall payment two years ago and was told that they were going to get in touch with the creditors to try and end the IVA early, since then I have only been approached once a year to ask why i'm not paying them, my money is not showing in the account and now I can't get a straight answer as to where my windfall payment is. I just want to end the IVA so I can end communication with this awful company.
I am now going to get in touch with a lawyer as I can see so many others have as I have no idea what is going on.

what a shambles this company is. Both my wife and myself had IVA we have both completed we get emails to state that we have completed see attached no attachment on either when my wife sent an email to them they sent my husbands again, just because the email address is the same (specially set up with the original company) they did not see the email was from my wife I give up on this company glad we are finished with them well when I get my certificate.

Great company to deal with. Throughout my IVA journey I’ve been handled professionally at all times and all queries answered without any hesitation . Totally recommend this company to anyone in a similar situation.

Stay well clear. Badly run, poor supervisors. In fact I would go far as to say mis managed and negligent.

What going on with debt movement I finally got into my client portal and it says I am in errors I contacted my bank I haven't missed one payment that they have said I have had no monthly reviews or any contact in nearly over 10 months now

dreadful company to deal with stay well clear oh just trying to check your account is imposable, trying to talk to them the same no response .
to say there here to help is a complete joke they realy should be closed down absolutely dreadful company to deal with.

I’m only a year away from completing my IVA, not sure what’s happened, was due a review in march but no one has contacted me. So confused as I’m unable to get onto their website!!

Words cannot explain how dreadful this company is. When I initially contacted them in 2018, they were trading with a different name but they process to begin with went ok and I felt re-assured that my debts were being dealt with professionally. Then from 2021/2022, I have had no communication from them. No annual reviews or replies to my emails and when I was able to speak to an agent in South Africa, I was told I would get a call back which never happened. Their website has gone too. Its been a nightmare experience for the last couple of years and don't know if the creditors have been dealt with or not. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Has debt movement stopped trading. I have had no contact regarding my annual review and my payment has not been taken. The website is down and can't get in touch with them. Iam only a few months of completion where does this leave me and all the other customer. Surely there is some sort of procedure that they have to communicate out the situation or changes.

I dont trust this company full stop. Avoid

Had anyone heard anything about this? as all the websites have gone down, and the payments. If they’ve gone bust do we get our final letter to say we are out of the payment? Has another company bought the debt? What’s going on?

I can't get on the portal on debtmovement.co.uk so don't know what's happening

Has debt movement gone bust as I can no longer send payment my yearly review was up and I've heard nothing at all since sending statements. Now what happens as been paying them and where do we all stand with the IVA etc. trying to search information and nothing is available. Been with them a good few years now and all was fine.

Do not trust them.
They will tell you to make any windfall payments to them and then, when you do and use it to pay of the debt because that's what they told you to do in your CONTRACT, they try to tell you that creditors can't and won't accept and will tell you several different versions of events. I have paid off the amount in FULL they are refusing to use that money to pay of creditors, they're telling me I am in arrears and yet, I paid my full amount over ONE YEAR ago, somehow the amount I owe has now INCREASED despite this company breaching their own contract multiple times.
Absolute joke.

Not a review and if it was I wouldn’t even be giving out one star. I’m merely here for the same reason as all the recent comments. No one getting back, no one answering emails or messages from portal and a payment link that doesn’t work anymore. Maybe I will have some luck as others have in response to this.

Once again I have no interest in reviewing this service, however it is the only way that I can get any form of contact from this particular company. The only response I've had from this company despite 4 weeks of daily calls and emails from myself has been a response to my previous 'review' on this platform. Something along the lines of an apology and we'll endeavor to deal with this asap. However since then..... Nothing.

Absalutely unhappy with this service.i have tried to contact debt movement multiple times, they have never responded ded and it has been over 2 weeks. I want to cancel my IVA as I am now going into a debt relief order. I just need confirmation in an email or writing. This has been the worst experience yet wow. Weeks with no response that is unacceptable
