I ordered a lot of wood (I mean a lot) They are so cheep compared to the normal DIY Stores. The Delivery team off loaded it on my drive. It was super quick. We had a couple of pieces we needed to change which the store did without hesitation and again so quick. They get a 5 star rating from me.

Fab service I ordered an item incorrectly the resolved this very quickly refunded the difference and delivered the next day. Everyone I have dealt with has been extremely professional and friendly. Thank you

I ordered decking and some additional timber from their website. They sent a clear email update confirming the order had been received, and everything was delivered within a week without any issues. The only downside was that I had to call them to find out the planned delivery date, as this wasn’t provided upfront.

When delivered the driver supported with getting the wood into the front corridor.
