Selling Media is Very Easy!
The process to sell media is very easy. Scan the barcodes, sell the basketful and receive a list, an amount, and instructions for mailing with the label. Box up the items, attach the label and drop off at a shipping store - again very easy and I am happy to see the CDs stay in circulation, not go in the trash. Great company!

It's difficult to get customer service.
You can't talk to a person. Emails take days to get a response. They pay virtually nothing for your items. I sent them 2 boxes of CDs and DVDs weighing 22 lbs and got paid about $20.
