Fantastic company, i miscalculated the amount of wallpaper I needed and they didn’t have more of the same batch so emailed the manufacturer for me. They went above and beyond to help me and although the paper is now discontinued I did buy a different batch number and will most definitely be using this company again. I can’t recommend them enough!

Excellent service by Decorating Supplies Direct. I came across this Company via a Google search. I was a bit wary at first, as their prices were very very reasonable. I placed my order on Wednesday, email confirmation straight away, despatched the next day and delivered on Friday! Excellent service, and the wallpaper is lovely and great quality. Their Website is easy to navigate. I’ll definitely be using this Company again, and would highly recommend them.

Easy order process. Received a confirmation of postage email within an hour (excellent). Free delivery and items received the very next day. Items well packaged. Amazing service, even received a mini gift of Haribos (hope this was intentional and someone isn't looking for their sweet treat 🙂). Highly recommend due to excellent service, price and speed of delivery.

I only give 5 stars to companies who have a phone number, answer calls and have someone you can speak to. Great advice pre-purchase, fast delivery and easy returns- what's not to like!

I ordered items over 2 weeks ago and their website says deliveries within 1-2 days. It turns out this This not all items are stocked but drop shipped which is understandable. I had left a 1-star review but must say Hannah has now kept me informed regularly and chased the suppliers and hopefully will be delivered very soon. Customer service is so important so Hannah gets the 5 stars :-) Thank You

I hate buying online! Choosing wallpaper is not an easy job, buying it a sensible price is even more challenging, then I found that I had chosen one that had to come from Germany! I phoned, spoke to Martin. Assured of a delivery date (he contacted the suppliers directly), free postage over £50 and a good returns policy, I placed the order over the phone. The paper arrived ahead of time and was very easy to hang. I would buy from this company again - and my decorator has asked for their details.

I have ordered twice from them and had both orders the next day, their prices are very competitive and their service second to none.
I have bookmarked Decorating supplies direct for further purchases.

Absolutely fantastic service, ordered 22 rolls of paper Friday afternoon, it arrived Wednesday afternoon and was much cheaper than anywhere else I tried. Would definitely use again and will be recommending thank you!

The items ordered were cheaper than others. Good arrived well packaged & delivered quickly. They are also sellers on Amazon but it worked out cheaper for us to
buy from their website direct.

Ordered a roll of thermal wallpaper online Monday 27th November at 9.20am. It arrived Tuesday 28th November at 11.00am.

Very happy with the price I paid, delighted with the service.

When ordering from a new website I like to check reviews to get some reassurance that the business is reputable particularly if the price seems unusually low, as was the case with this company. The website looked legitimate, complete with an About Us saying how multiple generations of the family had been involved in the business, but surprisingly, there were no reviews on trustpilot - or anywhere else that I could find. I decided to email their sales@ address with a query about stock levels to see if I got a response, at least confirming that it wasn't fake.

I needn't have worried. Within minutes, I received an extremely well written and polite email from Hannah telling me the exact stock level I'd asked for and not to hesitate to ask if I had any further questions. I placed the order at 2 pm and it arrived 24 hours later.

So, here's a trustpilot review, hopefully reassuring others that this genuine company is a perfect example of how online retail should be done.
They deserve to succeed for many more family generations to come.
