Calendar Club UK Avis 

I ordered online using DPD express delivery on a Friday evening (knowing it would be dispatched on the Monday and having no problems with this). Considering I paid nearly £10 in delivery fees I was expecting this to be next day. I received an email saying it would be delayed. Customer service literally just sent me their terms and conditions saying this was in line with time expectations which I disagree with considering the cost of delivery. Basically…don’t use the DPD delivery and stick with Royal Mail tracked for half the price.

Ordered 3 calendars for presents for Christmas. 2 were fine but one turned out to be a 2025 calendar. Spoke to Katrina on Customer Services - very rude on the phone and also via email. Refused to rectify their error as they claimed all calendars are sent to pulp in September. Defo not the case as I received one !

SELLER SENT DAMAGED CALENDAR ORDERED AS A PRESENT, THEN REFUSED TO PAY RETURN POSTAGE. DIFFICULT TO DEAL WITH PARTICULARLY HELEN AKA MELANIE. VERY ARGUMENTATIVE AND THEY SENT A LOT OF UNNECESSARY REPETITIVE
EMAILS TO MY PERSONAL EMAIL ADDRESS. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS SELLER.

Very poor, paid for 1st Class postage on my order, still hasn't arrived... WONT USE AGAIN

Just realized the new calendar this year has a permanent piece of cardboard in it to make it more robust. Absolutely superb reaction to returning to a great product and making it even better . Well done 👍 . Especially after last years cost cutting exercise which made the product useless! I’m so glad I stayed with you . Thank you so much. 👏

Sent for calendar of volcanoes but no names to say where they were ! Disappointed

After the delivery company threw my first order over the gate and it spent five days in the cold rain. They were obviously ruined.
Calendar Club were great and dispatched another order, immediately.

The package arrived two days later after being left on the door step this time by the delivery driver, but luckily I was in, so I could bring it in fairly quickly.

The reason for only three stars in because the package was damaged in the corners, meaning all the calendars are crumpled, which is disappointing.
Calendar Club need to reinforce the corners or include a strengthening sheet within the parcel.

I do not think I will risk buying calendars online again next year. It is a shame as I have been buying from them for many, many years.

I visited Harrogate calendar club over the weekend and I must say I will definitely be coming back next year! I was served by a young lady called Emily. She was polite and asked if I needed any help, then found everything I was looking for which was helpful as I was in a bit of a rush. Excellent customer service and was very friendly!

Got home, my wife had bought another calendar online

I returned next day thinking my credit card receipt would suffice - it didn’t!

If you have a strict receipt policy then issue receipts without asking
That way I would have no complaint

That’s my last purchase from calendar club. That’s a greedy policy to apply

Ordered two calendars for 2026. Whoever packed them in the transit envelope forced one into the other, carelessness casted a tear.

Ordered calendars for my kids stockings. Arrived in envelope which listed what was inside on the outside. My daughter proudly came and announced what I had bought - presents successfully ruined!

Great to see Calender club back at thistles stirling. And with a lovely new face..asked if Jackie was still around. Yes she is.. but James who is helping out. Was extremely friendly and helpfull with my choices. Great to see you back. And nice new face.

I have purchased a 2026 calendar and I have to say it is the most beautiful, high quality calendar I have ever recieved (Brambly Hedge A5 Diary 2026). The delivery time was very quick too. If this is the standard, I absolutely will be buying calendars every year from here from now on.

5 days from uk to Switzerland. Thats faster than much calendar shops in Switzerland. Thumbs up.

I live in Europe and my calendar arrived perfectly, it was well packed too. I bought a calendar of the same year (2025) and it was dirt cheap. Thank you.

Bought a calendar for my son for Christmas, December 25 is missing, emailed to report the problem, Jonny responded said he will look in to it. Heard nothing, emailed again in February to chase it, was told Jonny had left and it was now being dealt with by Melanie. It is now the end of March still no communication regarding the issue, they did ask for a photo of the problem, December is missing!!!!! Shocking customer service.

I always purchase tear-off desk calendars from The Calendar Club. I prefer British calendars and have had a good range over the years.

For 2025 there was a new one entitled "Very British Problems", and I am so pleased I chose this one! Each day's ditty is so true of Britishness! I have a giggle each day to start the day off!

I was a bit wary to order from here after seeing the reviews, but they had everything I wanted for party bag fillers and prizes for a Harry Potter themed party. Everything was dispatched and arrived very quickly and I’m very happy with my order!

I am so disappointed with two calendars I recently purchased from your store: Mind Games and Rom Com. I paid nearly £30 for these calendars and, unfortunately, feel they do not meet the standard I have come to expect from your products.
As a loyal customer who looks forward to purchasing calendars from your store every year. The Rom Com one is the worst I ever had and doesn't even make sense. I have contacted customer services and haven't heard back.
