indiferenta,am cumparat gips carton si l au adus cu camion dedeman ,nu au pus nimic sub el,ultima coala sa distrus,am vrut sa o trimit inapoi dar soferul dedeman a refuzat,acelasi lucru cu un blat de lemn de 3 mt,colturile toate rupte,soferul nu a vrut sa colaboreze pentru a returna .produsul,este o rusine pentru o societate asa mare ca dedeman sa nu inlocuiasca produsele deteriorate de ei,,trebuie sa mi vina gresia sper ca nu o primesc sparta.....

Foarte dezamagit de produsele de la Dedeman, am cumpărat câteva ferestre pic și sunt de proasta calitate , nu se pot bloca, bolțuri acelea sunt la 1cm distanta și nu se pot bloca/încuia, am întrat în legătură cu ei și mi sa spus ca asa sunt ele și ca dacă vreau sa ma pun sa le modific singur.

Am cumparat o Plita de fonta pentru soba pe lemne dar calitatea este de cea mai joasa speta…se indoaie la foc si scoate fum pe la toate incheieturile ( bag seama nu prea a avut fonta la ambalaj,ca despre material Nici vorba)ar trebui dati in judecata si pusi sa plateasca pana raman falimentari acesti bisnitari de moldova!

Am fost in magazin Iași primăverii,Am dorit să cumpăr o copertina pt terasa la 5m.Cutia avea 5 m și grea.Am mers la informații+personal gradina pentru a transmite că vreau sa îmi de-a codul de bare sa merg la casa sa achit și apoi să las produsul la transport la domiciliu.Raspunsul a fost că trebuie să car eu cutia de 5 m până la casa, sa o achit apoi sa o duc înapoi la transport Dedeman.Eu femeie însărcinată și singura ,am rugat să mă ajute cineva macar sau sa achit doar cu codul de bare deoarece nu pot manevra o cutie așa grea și la 5 m .Și ce rost are sa o car la casa și apoi să o duc inapoi.Foarte urat au răspuns cele două doamne,sa fac online daca nu îmi convine,că de ce am venit singura etc. Copertina a fost și peste 2000 de lei,puteți verifica factura 8708004468 ,deci mulțumesc pt experiență.In Brico sau Leroy îți fac factura fără a căra cutiile după tine ,achiți și se ocupa ei mai departe de transport.

Salutare! Domnul Radu de la livrări Oradea, a fost impecabil. Profesional și prompt, cu grijă și atenție pentru clienți și marfa lor. 👌

Ca si produse nimic de obiectat. Gäsesti aproape ce doresti si imi fäcea placere se mä plimb prin magazin si sä väd „ce as mai gäsi de cumpärat“
Acum vin DOAR CÄND AM STRICTUL NECESAR fiindcä cersitorii (moderni cu caiet si cei vechi cu „nu imi dai ceva bani“ imi fac scärbä. De cänd cobori din masinä si pänä incarci 3-4 te viziteazä🤮
Scärbos cänd vezi atäta personal de securitate si totusi esti ca la un centru de binefacere aici.

Totally inexperienced staff!
I had to argue with one staff member about a toilet, in the end i agreed with the staff member and when i got home, surprise! The fitting promised by the incompetent staff was not fitting.
I ended up overpaying for an exagerated price for a toilet which i wont use becase the staff of dedeman is totaly INCOMPETENT.

I urge anyone to find other stores to avoid headaches.

Bad as a store, bad as an employer. They keep posting the same job for 6 months. The same automatically answer. It's hard to believe that you couldn't find anyone in 6 months. Authorities should search and inspect. Something's dodgy. Don't recommend it in any circumstances. Some of their employees are very rude. Above all, according to Romanian law refusing to replace the products is a felony.

Pe departe cel mai bun magazin! Personalul este foarte bine instruit, de fiecare dată mi au răspuns cu răbdare și profesionalism la întrebări. Cumpar cu mare plăcere de la Dedeman! Ieri am avut o surpriză plăcută când am auzit Chopin în difuzoarele lor😊. Asta s a întâmplat la magazinul din Brașov de pe strada Griviței. Felicit tot personalul!

Ma intreb cum acei doi indivizi care au aceasta companie dedeman …
Un lucru pot sa le spun celor doi : dak nu are staff dedicat/pasionat/determinat sa munceaasca si profesionali este egal cu zero. Staff fc tot nu patroniii sau totii care sau ajuns bogatii peste Noapte.
Prin urmare staff care al aveti in majoritarea magazinelor nu exista pasiune /determinare si proactivitate in special (informatii cu clientii /cashier’s/pe magazin.

Very dissatisfied with Dedeman.
Every-time I order a large piece of furniture I’m met with Dedeman’s driver saying “they cannot deliver it in front of building as the street is too narrow.”
I had same size furniture delivered to me by other brands without issue, also offering the service to carry it in your home.
Even if it’s a paid service, no one from Dedeman made it available for me upon purchase, only for me to find out afterwards carrying a large 160x200 by myself from 3 streets away from my original address.

This will be my last purchase ever from Dedeman.

O ANGAJATĂ A FOST FOARTE BLÂNDĂ, VORBIT CU MINE...

Este magazinul care îmi oferă produsele necesare pentru bricolaj.

Nu recomand sa se cumpere din acest magazin, majoritatea produselor vandute sunt de caliate indoielnica, astepti dupa un vanzator care habar nu are ce vinde si nu il intereseaza sa serveasca clientul ci sa serveasca interesul magazinului in vanzarea de produse de proasta calitate.

I don’t recommend anyone to buy from Dedeman. The service is terrible, and they hide important information. They delivered the product we ordered, but they “forgot to mention” that the customer has to unload it themselves — they only bring it to the door. What is that supposed to be??

They won’t even unload the goods from the truck, even though the customer is paying for the service.
If you don’t want to do the unloading yourself, then don’t buy your construction materials from here.

The minimum expectation would be that they deliver and unload the ordered goods — or if they don’t have staff for this, they should say so at the moment of purchase, so the customer knows what to expect. I am absolutely not satisfied with the service.

Lady her name is Florea Alina si asked me if si can help I tell her that I don’t expect that much because in the ather Dedeman store the customer service and the supervisor was so rut thei change eyes ichader theling me thei can’t find my transaction for returning my tiles .
To the store Dedeman Ploieşti Obor All the personnel was so friendly. Customer service Florea Alina ask me if I can take a picture of the package of the tiles .I sed yes ,I went to my car I take a picture and bring her the barcode.in about 2 minutes si find my transaction si ask about the athere staf that I processed in that day si ask to bring the tile in for processing. Evrething take 5 minutes. To the Dedeman store Ploiesti Blejoi take me 2 hours with no help.
I like to thank to the management staf to the Dedeman Ploiesti Obor for the real customer support.

Am cumpărat sămânță de cartofi 🥔 din dedeman cu 6 lei și au ieșit niște anomalii care arata ca niște prune scorojite cei mici, iar cei mari au câte 2 capete și par lichefiati. Rușine.

A major disappointment – definitely not a 5-star hotel

We had high expectations, but sadly, this hotel did not live up to the 5-star standard. In my opinion, it’s more like a 3-star hotel, at best.

The food selection was very limited, and the queues were extremely long at mealtimes. Housekeeping was poor, and the toiletries—like shampoo—seemed to be diluted with water.

The only positive part was the kids’ room and the two sweet and dedicated staff members working there – they truly deserve praise.

I’ve stayed at many hotels in Turkey, including 4-star ones, which were far better in terms of service, food, and cleanliness. Unfortunately, this hotel was far below expectations, and I would not recommend it to anyone
