I found myself in a very worrying position of being charged with downloading Indecent images. After receiving the court summons I contacted Richard for advise.

Because my case was so serious I was to attend crown court 1 month later for sentencing. Richard sourced me a barrister, briefed him and prepared a meeting for all of us. I really was facing the prospect of going to prison but they managed to get it suspended and also managed that I was not put on a Sexual harm prevention order.
