This app is so easy to use and has saved me during hard times! Its flexible as well so you can spread payments out evenly without missing a payment. It is very user friendly as well. Overall 10/10 experience and I recommend anyone needing help with bills use this app.

So It's Thanksgiving right around the corner. I have a shut off in 10 days beyond worried how ima eat turkey while feeling like feeling like a turkey anybody that knocks im peeking out blinds... then I remembered deferit came through cleared balance it's Thanksgiving today now I can chill with family

I have been saved! Thanks to Deferit and their commitment to their customers, I can sleep a lot better knowing my bill is paid in time. Takes away the stress of an upcoming bill that may not be paid in time by my next paycheck. Deferit has saved me money, time and stress of late bills. Deferit acts fast and efficiently with their services. I have had no issues and the community support is always a plus.

Terrible. They negotiated a bill by claiming to be me. The Verizon rep thought something seemed off and called me directly. On that call, she advised me of a savings of $10/month so $120 over a year. Again, she brought this up with me directly and confirmed the savings with me. Then Deferit claimed they negotiated it and wanted 50% basically up front. They were going to charge $15/2 weeks to get $60 total. On top of paying $15/month. Then, 2 days after I talked to someone saying I don't want bill negotiation and they promised the bill negotiation has been canceled, I get an email saying "They are working on negotiating my bill" followed by a call from Verizon asking about the dropped call from yesterday, which I never made a call. This app is skeezy and I highly DON'T recommend!

I recently started using Deferit and it has been a life saver. As a mom of 2, splitting my major bills into smaller payments have been a life saver for me. Especially when I was on final notices. I will continue to use Deferit to help me manage my finances better and keep my bills up to date. No more Final notices for me 🤗

I was sent an email stating deferit was unable to offer me credit although the app stated o was approved for $400. This email was sent after I was charged the $15 membership fee. Why charge me a membership fee if you’re unable to offer me credit to pay my bill????

Well, well, well… what can I say? This company has exceptional customer service. Everyone I’ve spoken to has been an absolute delight. The wait time to reach customer service isn’t long at all, and when you do get through, they actually get the job done.

If you need help, they have the right people in place to handle it. Of course, you have to do your part too — you can’t just upload a bill, make one payment, and assume the job is done. Building rapport matters, and once you do, they truly go above and beyond for you.

They’ve proven themselves to be very trustworthy. I love them, and honestly, I think they love me back because they continue to show up when I need them. So thank you — you all are truly the best!
