Definitely legit and has helped a few times when I've been tight for cash and really needed to get some bills paid. It's easy to use for most bills but some can be a bit more challenging.

Deferit has been a life saver

Deferit has been a life saver. I have been using them for about 4 months and they do not disappoint. I have since received an increase. The system is very easy to navigate. You upload the bill that needs to be paid, it shows your payment plan, and your bill is paid within a few hours or the latest end of day. I will forever be grateful for finding deferit.

I was originally stressing about…

I was originally stressing about keeping up on my bills and paying for my phone bill or electric bill but when I came across this app and given the choice of splitting the costs, it was like a weight was taken off of my shoulder tbh!

Definitely recommend, especially when moving.

Easy and Quick!!

Deferit has been easy to use and my experience has been great!! The only complaint I have is I still never received by deposit back from when I used it the first time but every other experience has been great!!

Terrible experience so far

I heard about this from a friend but the no response thing is terrible .they already took my money and my bill has yet to be paid and it’s been 3 days . So now I have no power and I can’t get refund or talk to anyone . I need the money back to back the full thing . Which I should have did in the first place smh . Hopefully you can make this right asap

Deferit has helped me stay on top of paying bills so they aren’t just paid late. It easily splits my payments into 4 separate payments. There’s also other ways to use it that I have not taken advantage of yet but I will try it out

This company takes your money, accepts your bill and then notifies you later that it isn't a company they work with. Really?? Spectrum Mobile isn't an acceptable bill? And it is prefilled in your drop down list, but you can't pay them? Liars and scammers.

We previously supported Spectrum Mobile bill payments; however, due to recent changes from the biller, we can no longer process them online. Spectrum Mobile now requires logging in with sensitive account credentials, which we are prohibited from requesting or storing to protect user privacy. In addition, they do not accept check payments, leaving us without a secure way to complete these transactions. We do, however, still support Spectrum Cable.

We understand this may have caused confusion, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. We’ve since replied directly to your email to discuss your options and how you'd wish to proceed.

Customer Service

After multiple attempts the company did get back to me. So far the process has been smooth.

I paid the fee for my bill to get paid and I HAVE YET TO HEAR FROM THIS COMPANY!! They took my money and as right now my bill has not been paid. My disconnect is on...and I have been screwed. I have tried emailing and no one will respond!! I don't recommend.
