I was tasked with managing Google Ads for a business despite having no previous experience, and I initially found the prospect extremely daunting. Joining Define Digital Academy completely changed that.

From day one, I was able to identify areas for improvement and began seeing positive results almost immediately. Aaron and the team were always supportive, approachable and happy to answer every question, continually reinforcing that there is no such thing as a “stupid question.”

I joined, it was ok the first month, mostly because the live account reviews helped a lot. But later it was very rare that we had these live classes. Later, I got charged another month, at that time I couldn't afford another month, since I lost my job and needed to save. I sent an email to support saying if I can get a refund, since I am not interested in paying $100+ for that community. They told me that when you buy the community your sign a 12-month contract, they told me they would review my request, several days later they reply that they would refund at the end of the mandatory 12 month contract LOL. And they kept charging me the rest of the months I had to block my card.

Don't join, not worth it, horrible experience.

I just feel so safe doing Google Ads since being part of the Google Ads Community. I know that if there is a problem that I run into, I can always reach out to Aaron and the team. All the coaches are very nice and professional and the tone of the community is the perfect mix of helpful, professional and warm.
