The estate agent was very professional very friendly didn’t bombard us with with information and didn’t try the hard sell when we asked about the house he seemed very informed. It was a good experience from start to finish.

House sold within 3 days and then progressed quickly thanks to the team. We bought the house with them too a few years ago and the after sales team were fantastic in moving things along. Thanks very much Lee and Jackie

From start to finish was hassle and stress FREE. Offer was made and agreed within 2 days all stress free. The staff were fantastic and kept us informed throughout the process. Great service from everybody at Delaney's! Rhianna helped me from the beginning helping me find my first home and then Nicola has been fantastic keeping things moving and progressing all throughout the process. I have had the pleasure to sell my property through Delaney's and the experience was above and beyond the standard!
From day one, Jackie assisted with providing answers to all our questions and queries. Even after a buyer decided to not go through with the purchase, Jackie was quick to repost our property and book additional viewings.
Also, I could not have enough thanks for Nicola from the sales progression team, which helped us at every step through the process and has been very responsive when issues were identified.

Excellent helpful team
Great to deal with. Team was very helpful as a first time buyer explaining the process and giving useful advice that my solicitor didn’t say such as having house insurance in place from date of exchange and taking meter readings on completion (my family only has previous experience of self building houses from scratch). Will definitely go back to them again as I move up the housing ladder would recommend to others.

Great service, lovely people would use again
I can honestly say from viewing the house to putting in an offer and the process through the closing, Delaneys were very quick with their communication, continued updates and were as eager as I to get the process moving as quickly as possible with no delays. Nicola was my main point of contact and she was on the bull every step of the way. I even got a moving in present which was a lovely little extra that you don't see much of these days so was a lovely surprise.
