Helpful & Friendly Staff
Staff were very helpful and polite. All our questions were answered. If I left a message they responded in a timely manner. There was no pressure to make any kind of initial commitment.

Highly recommend this estate agent
We recently completed on our new home in Harold Wood, and we couldn't be happier with the service we received from Delaney's estate agents. They arranged two viewings as per our convenience, and got us connected with a builder for quotations on refurbishment work.
We took help from their recommended mortgage advisor and solicitor firm, which made the transaction finish with minimum stress on us.

The best Estate Agent
We first met Reece at Delaney’s when he came to value our property for probate. He was friendly and professional and extremely knowledgeable. We had to acquire valuations from 2 other agents and although Reece priced it lowest, it was exactly what it eventually sold for.
Because of his manner, when the time came, we had no hesitation in placing the property with Delaney’s.
Before even advertising , they had 3 clients lined up to view, one of which did buy.
Throughout the process, without unnecessary contact, they keep us updated and aware of progress until completion. Nicola and Jackie in the Harold Wood office, in addition to Reece, were superb and totally efficient and always friendly.
We would not hesitate in instructing Delaney’s in any future house purchase or sale and thank everyone for their hard work and dedication.

Great Service
Delaneys were great when selling my Dad's house, I'd definitely recommend them. Lee Blackburn went over and above to help me avoid a problem at completion stage while I was out of the country. He was amazing and made me feel confident that everything would be handled well in my absence.

ATEENTION, AVOID!!!! AVOID!!!
I would like to express my deep disappointment with Delaney’s, particularly with David Harding.
We hired them to rent out our property in full trust, and we made it very clear that we only wanted professional tenants. Instead, they introduced tenants whose income was lower than the monthly rent and who appeared to rely on benefits to cover payments.
When we refused to proceed with the tenancy, David was “brave enough” to refuse to hand over our own property keys to my lovely wife. His behaviour was arrogant, rude, and aggressive, which was especially shameful in front of a woman. She do need to call 999 for assistance.
As a result, we are now dealing with tenants living in our property without paying rent, and we are currently going through court proceedings to evict them.
I would strongly advise others to avoid this agency. In our experience, they have caused significant stress and problems rather than providing a professional service.

Flat sale
I have used Delaney's for over 15 years and they were my choice to sell my property. Nicola handled the sale and she was very professional throughout the process. She was also very helpful in chasing up the other party and keeping me updating all throughout tue process. Communication is very key during a house sale and this was maintained. Overall, I would highly recommend Delaney's as they put their customers at the heart of their business.

Friendly expert advice from Nicola Smith throughout the transaction. I first viewed the property at the beginning of October and exchanged contracts in mid December. The process of purchasing the property went smoothly.

Very supportive, caring and professional
We recently went through the process of buying our first home, and although the purchase ultimately didn’t go through due to issues on the buyer’s side, we cannot praise Nicola and the Delaneys team enough.
