Highly recommend
It has taken me years upon years to find true Raw Hair donated by real people and I can confirm that Dellahs Raw Hair is the best I’ve ever used on my clients. I have been in the hair industry 19 years and I’ve seen it all. I wholeheartedly recommend Dellahs if you’re looking for a reliable vendor. They do take around 2-3 days to reply initial messages though but I can understand this is because they’re in high demand. After this I was assigned a sales assistant who was very attentive and I received my wholesale order the next day. DHL delivered it.

Not what I expected…
The curly bundles didn’t match the frontal so wearing it in its natural state was a myth! The hair would tangle horribly! The only thing that saved it was constantly straightening it! It was thick and very nice straight but if I had known, I wouldn’t just purchased straight bundles. If you’re looking for curly bundles… don’t!
And don’t even bother to complain as they’re so defensive! I understand you’re knowledgeable about your product but your product isn’t up to standard. Rather than making the customer feel like it’s their fault, try dealing with it better.

Honest Review From Buyer
Placed my first order buying the wavy raw bundles, which seemed good quality but the hair wasn't curly enough so I placed another order for the raw curly bundles, and wasted £400. The hair was absolute trash, it was not raw hair at all, I don't even believe it was virgin hair but rather remy or a cheaper sort. After raising the issue I was told to send the hair back for her to check (I paid for the return) only for her to sent it back to me and said it was too dry...
I've been wearing weaves for over 10 years, Remy, virgin and raw and know how to maintain any of those but she totally disregarded this. Dellah is very personable and definitely knowledgeable about hair but that doesn't take away from the fact that the hair I received was trash.
Sometimes I think hair sellers don't understand that people spend hard-earned money on hair and if the hair is far from what s advertised the seller needs to do something about it, she might have the £400 I spent on the hair without any loss, but I would never recommend this seller after this experience to friends or family and from looking at other comments it seems Dellah Hair reputation is slowly declining...

11 months ago when this happened, you returned the hair after which, we had a lengthy conversation with you about it. You sent us a picture showing how nice your hair looked but that you only liked it immediately after moisturising it, stating that after a while it became dry again. We told you that you had just described exactly how Raw hair behaves as we’ve not added any chemicals (perm and silicones) to alter it’s state.
Taking your points one after the other, you stated:

• Wavy hair and Curly hair are 2 completely different textures hence why our wavy hair remained wavy.

• All our hair is quality checked and tested firstly by us and then by a 3rd party to make sure we are providing the best. So, we asked for you to return it to allow us pass it through these checks again. After our checks/test, we were satisfied that the only problem with the hair was that it lacked the luster that was supposed to be introduced by you, the purchaser.
• We made you understand that just like your natural hair, if you don’t use moisture retention products on raw hair extensions especially the curly ones, it will get dry. So we advised that you used a moisturising product to help retain the moisture.
• Number one rule with Raw hair is that it will behave exactly like your own natural hair, if you don’t moisture your natural hair, it becomes dry too. And because we deal with Raw Cambodian Hair, it is more coarse in texture than say European hair for example. Which means it will require more moisture injection than most others.

• We do understand that people work to earn money, which is exactly what we do too by sourcing 100% donor hair in Cambodia, we therefore believe that it is an exchange of value and don’t intend to pull the wool over people’s eyes.

• Thankfully, we do have several happy and repeat customers as evidenced in screenshots of more than 250 positive feedback across our platforms and we are in fact very reputable more so within the wholesale industry as we’re mostly do wholesale.
• Also, most people only take their time to write negative reviews. Even you mentioned at the start of your review that you had previously purchased hair from us which was good quality, but you never took the time to write a positive review about that until now that you wrote a negative one.
In conclusion, we are sorry you feel this way Eunice-Marie, we do hope that we’ve been able to shed a bit more light on the matter and hope that you’re able to make an informed decision in the future regarding suitability. Shipping took too much time and i payed…
Shipping took too much time and i payed for dhl express. The packge was taken to the post office 7 days after the order was placed. Dhl Express takes 1-5 day.
To be honest based on the shipping and other people reviews i wish i ordered somewhere else...ill se about the hair

We’re surprised to see this review because you were fully refunded and fully aware that your order never shipped.
DHL Express is the only courier service we use for international orders so we do not take packages to the Post Office. DHL operates a collection service.
Our shipping is extremely fast that London, UK to New York City, USA takes just 1 day. This is evidenced in our other reviews on here and 100’s more on our social media channels.
If you had not provided us with the wrong information on your order, your order would have shipped and delivered within the DHL 5 days window. It took us 5 days to solve the wrong information issue and you admitted that you had made a mistake and you thanked us for figuring it out.
By this time, your order had exceeded our usual fulfilment timeframe so your transaction was automatically reversed and you were fully refunded.
After you sent us threat messages via what’s app, we further explained to you that there were absolutely no errors found in our internal processes and that it was your responsibility to provide the right information to enable us fulfil your order.
You then stated that you were going on holiday and you needed the hair for your birthday. We understood your frustration, we sympathised with you and apologised for your own mistake.
Ultimately, your order did not ship because of a mistake on your part, not our shipping process.

Actually, my 5th purchase from Dellahs hair! This shows my level of satisfaction!
I rebuilt my wig collection with Dellahs hair- exclusively having purchased fake raw hairs from different vendors around at exorbitant prices.
Reps are very professional - polite and responsive.
Hairs were delivered promptly as promised via DHL.
Optics don't do justice to the actual beauty of the these hairs as displayed on Dellahs website.

Unfortunately,I had a terrible experience with Dellah's hair. Dellah seemed so knowledgeable and professional so my experience came as a shock.
I bought a variety of bundles and closures where the quality was just horrible and it was downhill from there. She offered to replace the order but the next batch was just as terrible and she had forgotten some items in my order - I was refunded for the missing items but now I have closures with no bundles. Some of the closure textures don't even match the bundle textures as per my order i.e) wavy closures were sent with deep curly bundles but this only became apparent after washing the hair - its just a huge mess. Communication was okay until i refused to pay shipping to return the order after their many mistakes. A year later some of the hair tangles like crazy. I regret my purchase and wish I had taken the full refund she offered after the first issue i experienced with her!! So disappointed!

Very unprofessional
Very unprofessional, rude and dishonest. I signed up for their wholesale program back in January and I guess since I didn’t purchase when they wanted me to, they blocked me from having my account with them. I kept getting a message saying it was moved or deleted. Then when I inquired about why I could not log in they said their site was under construction and I could purchase via what’s app. I’ve asked to live chat to see the hair and they do not respond to those requests. I still haven’t been able to log in for months so I asked again and now they said they are too busy to take on new clients, but when I just looked at their Instagram account today they had just posted advertising their wholesale program and where to sign up. If you want to be ignored, lied to and receive slow responses, definitely do business with them.

I bought hair on Black Friday (which wasn’t the first time I bought from her) and I wasn’t satisfied with the product. Now , she was supposed to send me back the hair that I Paid for , but she doesn’t answer.
She supposedly sent the hair almost 3 weeks ago , but I still haven’t received it and I paid extra for shipping twice.

This is the 3rd time you're purchasing from us and we appreciate your repeat custom. You sent us a message that you were not satisfied because you wanted jet black and we did not send you jet black.
As Dellahs Raw Hair is collected direct from donors in Cambodia, we have no control over the shades of natural shades of black that we get and this has been made very clear on our website and socials.
We do offer custom colouring at an extra price, which we have done for you before but this time, you didn't pay this extra. You purchased on black friday at 30% off therefore we were unable to custom colour to Jet Black for you. You sent the hair back to us after keeping it for almost 2 months which had passed our return cut off and we can confirm that the hair was sent back to you.

Firstly the service I received from Dellahs raw hair was EXCEPTIONAL. Constant communication nothing was ever too much trouble, speedy in response and always very polite. The delivery time was extremely fast and very trustworthy! The hair and product itself is out of this world the quality is second to none but beats all the other competitors cost wise. I’m a major hair girl and bought hair since I was 16, I’m 30 now and have bought from all the highly recommended hair companies but they don’t come into comparison with dellahs. I’ve coloured, washed, straightened, curled and waved the hair. It is still just as good quality as what it was untouched!!! I can’t wait to buy again from dellah!

I can’t wait to buy from Dellah again!
All I can say is I can’t wait to buy a full wig from Dellah. The closure was well made and easy to add to my unit. It was well packaged too. My package was held up at customs in the USA 🇺🇸 and Dellah personally made sure the issue was resolved by following up until my package was delivered. Great customer service! I’ll definitely buy again!

Firstly don’t even hesitate to buy dellahs hair . Bundles are full from root to tip/very thick ,I bought 3 bundles (18,20,22 ) and honestly you can get away with 2 bundles and a frontal if you’re not a fan of thick hair . I bought the straight Cambodian and it’s very straight ,even when I wash it ,the hair doesn’t get wavy ,so if you like bone straight hair then make that purchase boo. You can literally feel the quality and durability in the hair , you’ll only understand when you purchase ,the hair feels so healthy and strong . The hair sheds but minimally,I’ll only get one or two strands Per comb out .
Let’s not even start to speak about how WONDERFUL her customer service is !! She knows how to run a business 100% , she will check up on you personally and how the hair is holding up etc ,so you definitely feel appreciated And loved as a customer. AND FINALLY,she knows what she’s selling ,she’s very well educated in regards to the hair industry and has been doing this for years . All Amma say is that I’m happy I’ve found my hair vendor , I will always support her 100% . I refuse to continuously invest in companies that will sell me riff raff or Is a hit or miss and doesn’t know how to speak to their

A great experience beginning to end
A great experience beginning to end. I had a lot of questions before purchasing and Dellah answered them all really quickly. Once I purchased she would send me videos of the whole process and finally she even hand delivered the unit which was a nice surprise! The hair is quality is lovely can’t wait to wear once we are allowed out!
