95 Litre Dellonda Fridge Freezer for 2 happy campers

Ordered and delivered quickly this box is fantastic, you can use the 2 baskets in 1 compartment, you can choose which side to use as Fridge or Frèezer or use them both as a fridge or as freezer, you can swap lids to open which way you prefer, its chargeable by mains and 12v making this fantastic for none electric camping pitches as we can use our solar battery station from All Powers, the box is very quiet didn't hear it when in bed in the tent, we ordered the 95 Litre box and we got everything in and more for a week away for 2 ppl plus our x2 large dogs mince meat that has to be kept frozen and there was still space left, we threw nothing away and lost nothing to the bin which is nice to see and it was lovely not to have to go to the shop every other day, the box is very large and heavy when empty and needs 2 ppl to lift it, however it does have a handle and it is on wheels and for 2 ppl that suffer with lower back issues it's brilliant when extended out it takes the pressure off the spine so I advise you clip the handle and extend it.. you do need to turn it on day prior to using so it can get up to temprature prior to use as advised or it doesn't run as expected.. it does as it should and if you can fit this in your car it's worth every penny in the long run.. make sure you shop about for the best price as we did find it cheaper elsewhere!

Great Customer Service - Despite DHL incompetance !!

Great Customer Service from Dellonda.

Ordered late Monday night (after next day delivery cut-off time) for Wednesday delivery. Easy process.
Tracking number issued, so waited in all day Wednesday for delivery.
Followed designated courier - DHL ,
Sadly as my delivery got closer , DHL bailed & didnt deliver!!
Cue flurry of emails to Dellonda, who profusly apologised, communicated with DHL, who then resheduled delivery for the next day - Thursday.
Thursday came, DHL delivered - the patio heater cover - no heater!!.
When the DHL driver was questioned, "thats all I have for you"
Checked tracking number Thursday evening, the other package is still at Ipswich depot!
Cue telephone conversation on Friday with Dellonda customer service again, more apologies, but they were unable to contact DHL to see why they were so imcompetant on delivering.
No delivery Friday!, but Dellonda promised a 'Saturday delivery' upgrade.
Checked tracking number on Saturday - packages had been delivered !!
Suddenly ,mid Saturday morning 2nd package , a patio heater srrives, albeit 4 days late!

DHL you should be ashamed.

In all the delays, after leaving multiple comments via the DHL web, which states "we will respond to within 1 working day" absolutly no coms back from DHL & 1 week later, still waiting.
I even tried to call the local depot, but was unable to speak to anyone.

Overall ,full marks from Dellonda customer service for not dumping me and keeping the pressure on a dire DHL.

Oh ,and the heater works well, good instructions for assembly, kept us warm Sunday late night.

Don't let my bad experience (of DHL) put you off buying from these guys.

Ordered a 12v fridge freezer for car

Ordered a 12v fridge freezer for car. Website says order within 30mins for free next day delivery. I comply and pay inorder to get the quick delivery.

2 days later I call customer services to ask where it is and am told they are busy because of bank holiday and not yet dispatched. Short staffed, don't know when it will be dispatched and no idea when I'll get it. Can't tell me anything at all. I asked to speak to a manager, told my issue isn't worthy of a manager, had to say 3 times I want a manager to call me back before she agreed to request it. I wonder if the call comes!!

Very disappointed with service and staff blasé attitude to their websites inaccurate information

Our warehouse was closed over the bank holiday weekend and, upon reopening on Tuesday, we experienced an exceptionally high volume of orders due to the recent extreme hot weather — the largest weekend of sales we’ve had since launching in 2020. Our warehouse team are currently working overtime and we’ve also brought in additional help to get orders out as quickly as possible. I’ve also spoken with our warehouse manager to ensure your order has been prioritised for dispatch today.

That said, this should not have impacted the clarity or level of service you received when contacting our team, and I’m very sorry that it did. This is not the standard of service we aim to provide, and your comments will be shared with the relevant team to ensure it is addressed.

Poor Quality Products Sold by Dellonda

I bought a Baridi wine fridge for £200 and after three and a half years it has broken down. I recognise it is was out of warranty, but believe it should last longer. A Google search suggests they should last 12-15 years. Their customer service offered 10% off a new fridge or punitive costs to have it inspected.

This is the second Baridi wine fridge I have owned, the first one lasted less than five years. BE WARNED

I am disappointed Dellonda sell such poor quality items made by Baridi.

Just bought a repalcement from another supplier who offer five years warranty at the same price of £200. Based on two purcahses I conclude Baridi fridges are cheap and cheerful !!

While we appreciate your disappointment, the unit in question is outside of the manufacturer’s warranty period by over two and a half years. Unfortunately, because of this, we were unable to offer a free-of-charge repair or replacement.

That said, we still wanted to try and help where possible by offering both a discounted replacement unit and the option for the appliance to be collected and inspected for repair.

Typically, our wine coolers last 10+ years, so we are genuinely sorry this has not been the case with your appliance.

My new Baridi DH85 Compact Table Top Dishwasher

I purchased a Baridi Compact Table Top Dishwasher, Model DH85 in black, to replace a series of long-lived but now-defunct Bosch machines of the same type (but, sadly, no longer part of their range of dishwashers). After much research on Google etc, and despite never having heard of the trade name before, the Baridi machine seemed to suit my needs best for size and usability, with all the functions I require. The ordering process on line was easy and the machine was delivered by express courier from Dellonda, the day after ordering, arriving well packed and in good condition.

My only real quibble would be that the specification for the machine advised that it could either be fully plumbed in or, alternatively, by attaching a hose to the cold water tap and draining into the sink. I rang Customer Service, prior to purchasing, and they confirmed the above facts and said everything was provided that would be needed for fully plumbing in the machine. That was the decider for me to purchase this particular make and model dishwasher. However, upon delivery, the only hose provided, was for use via the sink route…. nothing was supplied to plumb into mains supplies/drainage, which was disappointing. I needed to go out and purchase the additional bits and pieces required to plumb the machine in before being able to use it, as none of the hoses and connectors from my Bosch machines were compatible.

I have now been using the Baridi machine for a week and, thus far, it has performed very well. It is very quiet (almost silent) in operation and easy to operate. I use liquid dishwasher capsules and the cleaning results have been good with no streaking or residue remaining. Loading the machine has to be fairly precise to make sure six place settings can be fully accommodated, and the fit is fairly tight due to the internal layout of the machine…. something the Bosch machines did much better (but at a price!). However, the cost of the Baridi machine is very reasonable for the results it achieves and, overall, even if it does not last as long as my Bosch machines, it remains good value and looks smart too…. fitting in well with other appliances in my kitchen.

Purchase of oven and warming drawer bundle

Excellent customer service with questions answered promptly. I am very pleased with my Baridi oven and warming drawer DH233 combination. There are no excessive frills that I do not need, simple, easy to use functions for a straightforward cook. I particularly like the built in oven shelf positions, no extra supports to be removed for cleaning: good design.

The first wine fridge had problems…

The first wine fridge had problems getting to low temperature. An email to Victoria in customer service was all that was required. A replacement was delivered within a couple of days and the original was collected. Great service and product is just what I wanted.
