Five Cancelled Orders and No Answers from Dell Refurbished USA
We have had an extremely frustrating experience with Dell Refurbished Orders. We attempted to purchase the same laptop five separate times, and each order was canceled.
Initially, the issue was explained as a mismatch between the billing address on the credit card and the shipping address, as we were shipping to our warehouse. That was understandable. However, after calling in, we were assured the issue had been resolved.
Despite that, two additional orders were canceled with no explanation whatsoever. It appears their system is heavily automated, and there is little to no follow up or transparency when something goes wrong.
We have historically used Dell products and have had positive experiences in the past, which makes this situation even more disappointing. Unfortunately, this experience has changed our perception.
To make matters worse, when I raised concerns about potentially taking our business elsewhere, I was met with what came across as a sarcastic response from customer service. When I addressed it, the situation escalated unnecessarily, and I was accused of making fun of the representative’s accent, which was completely untrue. Pointing out sarcasm is not the same as being disrespectful. It was simply a reaction to poor customer service.
Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. The lack of communication, repeated order cancellations, and unprofessional customer support make it difficult to recommend Dell Refurbished Orders.
