I placed an order on 9th April and have not received the goods yet. Have had an email on 28th April (8 says ago) suggesting the order is 'on its way' but no sign. Have sent 2 x emails to Customer Service address requesting an update but no response. Not satisfactory and am guessing will have to contact credit card company for charge-back hoping they will be able to sort.

Hi David, We hope you’re well. We wanted to update you regarding your recent order. It was originally shipped on the 28th of April, but after tracking it, we’ve found that it appears to have been lost with Parcel Force.
To resolve this as quickly as possible, we are resending the items. They will be dispatched shortly, and all going well, you should receive them by Monday or Tuesday. We’re very sorry for the inconvenience caused and appreciate your patience while we sort this out.

Good tiles, poor customer service …
Tiles are beautiful and look stunning but delivered very poorly on a opened pallet and damaged ,all cardboard protective layers wet and falling off, and looked like hit with a pallet truck, I emailed within 24 hours to report and no response, I had to phone and spoke to a representative to be told nothing to be done before Christmas, asked to email again and no reply, left with a unfinished bathroom for Christmas😡

We placed a order on the 4th October…
We placed a order on the 4th October that wasn’t delivered until the 20th November . We had to chase for updates and when it was eventually confirmed that some of the items were out of stock, felt it rested on us to find a solution so that we could move forward with our project. I asked to raise a complaint over the phone and was told to email - I am yet to hear back.

Hi Catherine, we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused. Unfortunately, several of the items you ordered went out of stock during the Burlington sale, and we were waiting on a stock replenishment from the supplier.
This resulted in delays that were longer than expected. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, we’re reviewing our communication procedures to ensure situations like this are handled more proactively in the future.

Customer service is poor
Customer service was not the best. It was hard to find the contact details and unhelpful member of the staff who was not willing to help. Delivery takes too long and to get the delivery details you need to go to three different places on their website instead of to be at the point of sale. Very misleading.

Fool that I am…
Fool that I am didn’t order enough tiles, but Deluxe Bathrooms have a minimum four box order. Spoke to one of their guys and turns out, it’s an Irish company who have to ship all tiles over to the U.K. by pallet (hence minimum order). He sorted me out with just paying for a courier, which was much more reasonable. Lovely tiles too

Great service and product
Padraig was extremely obliging and helped get a matching shower tray when Porcelanosa let us down. We've ended up with a more substantial product that matches the colour of the floor and wall tiles and also that cost £200 less. It also arrived in Edinburgh in good time and well packaged. Well done and thank you!

Thank you for letting us know, and I’m so sorry to hear that your samples haven’t arrived yet.
We’ve carefully looked into this for you and can confirm that multiple delivery attempts were made. However, as you mentioned, there are several properties nearby with very similar names, which may explain the difficulty the courier had in locating your address. It also seems that the delivery card may have been left at one of these nearby properties.
You can still collect your parcel directly from the post office using just your name and ID, the card is not required. You can also continue to monitor your order using the tracking details we’ve provided.
We truly apologise for the inconvenience and really appreciate you bringing this to our attention so we can put things right.
Not sure if I’d order from this company again ..,..
The items we ordered were lovely but there was a longer wait than stated on the website. Customer service weren’t particularly friendly and the courier service weren’t brilliant either, scraping our drive as they moved the pallet.
