Nice brand. Good customer service. Very responsive. However you need to do better in the packaging of the items. Luxury cloths don’t just come in a box which makes me doubt the authenticity

Real? or Fake? You decide
Bought a Louis Vuitton T-Shirt from these likely a couple of months ago, I put todays date as tbh I don’t know the exact date as I’ve been on holiday a few times and working so not had time….. the stitching on the t-shirt is very poor and not straight, certainly not something you’d expect made from LV and paying £780 for… I have various other LV items purchased directly and you can see the difference in quality. I do have pictures but not sure how to upload them here? If someone can advise or if anyone wants to see please feel free to reply and I’ll send them to you…. The t shirt is also very heavy in comparison to other big branded t shirts I own including LV, I’ll be honest and say I seen better quality shirts in Turkey…… upon speaking to them regarding my concerns if the item was genuine I was told that if I wish to return there would be like a £130+ fee as supposedly this is how much it costs them to process payments etc (does that sound believable to you?) I’ve returned items directly to places like LV and Gucci free of charge after using the same payment method. No doubt they’re a much larger company but I’m sure they’re not going to take a £130 hit each time, I’ll let you come to your own conclusions on what this might mean but it does make it harder for you to return. I would not trust this company or purchase from them again

In this case, I can see the order was for a consignment piece we purchased, LV can only be bought from the store directly unlike the other brands we stock from our distributors, all checks were done beforehand and we did have the receipt from the customer prior to purchasing otherwise we would not have stocked this. From checking correspondence, it seems you were inclined to cancel as you doubted authenticity before even receiving the item. There was no issues noted in regards to stiching and the heaviness of the T-Shirt is rather an indicator of quality, we encourage you to check the item in store if you have any doubts.
The fees we pay on your order is not an indicator of authenticity and not intended to make it harder for you to return. we do not consider it to be fair to compare us to the brands directly as we do not have such margins and we would not be able to market below retail pricing. The return cost is simply what we have to pay per order. Most small companies like our own only offer exchanges or credit notes due to this, but we happily take returns too and any of our customers who have ever had to return their order know that this is a smooth, hassle-free process.
We apologize for any inconvenience you experienced and assure you that we take customer service very seriously. We hope that this experience did not taint your opinion of us as a company, and that you will give us the opportunity to prove ourselves in the future.

I had a small issue regarding the fitting of the item, they did not charge anything to exchange and I got the right size in my Dior sweatshirt. Will be shopping again!
