I bought a few things from Matrix…
I bought a few things from Matrix Menswear and it was all good.
I had some minor issue with Royal Mail (their delivery courier) and It was sorted quickly.
Quality wise - perfect. I'll keep shopping for them.

Absolutely shocking scam site
Absolutely shocking . This is a SCAM site I have paid for 2x Burberry polo tops
Delivery allegedly made by DPD missing parcel. Police report filed crime number given
2 months later no resolution after £600 now emails get ignored

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear about your experience, but we want to clarify the situation.
DPD carried out a full investigation into this delivery and confirmed it as delivered. We understand this is frustrating, and we did try to resolve this with you directly, but given the scale of delivery fraud claims couriers like DPD deal with, we have to rely on their official investigation findings in cases like this.
If you have any further evidence to share, we’re happy to take another look, but at this stage we have to stand by DPD’s findings.

Very disappointing experience
Very disappointing experience. The returns policy seems heavily weighted against the customer, even when returning an unopened package which was paid next day delivery and wasn’t revived next day but 3 days later. Extra fees and restrictions make the process frustrating and leave a poor impression on the customer. Selling premium clothing but giving btec service. Fortunately, I won’t be shopping here again and will be telling others about my experience.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
Do not buy from this company. They refuse to give refunds and try to offer store credit or an exchange. I have been going back and forth for 2 weeks now with no progress!
They’ll tell you there’s a technical issue with their refund system.
I’ll never use this company again.
