This review is completely false and misleading. All products we sell are 100% authentic and sourced directly from official suppliers. We have never had any verified issue with authenticity, and this claim is entirely unfounded.
We kindly ask that this review be removed as it is inaccurate and damaging.

Fantastic customer service
Fantastic customer service, I ordered some Fendi shorts which were lost by the courier, no fault of Matrix Menswear. When I made this clear, after the courier refused to help, Matrix re-sent me a pair of the same shorts with next day delivery. Very impressed!

ordered an item a week ago, paid for express shipment, since then no clear updates about a shipping date. Awful communication by mail, clearly shipping a package to Europe is a hard task regarding any custom fees...
Now flagging my review as defamatory, while the replies on my mails were insanely slow.
Only after I put up a genuine review about my expierence you guys were able to react fast…

Thanks for your feedback, and we're really sorry for the delay and lack of communication — we completely understand how frustrating that must have been, especially after paying for express shipping.
Your order was temporarily held due to a fraudulent activity flag that was automatically triggered by our system. While this turned out to be a false alarm, it did slow things down initially as we have to be extra cautious for the safety of all customers.
To add to that, we were also in the middle of transitioning to a new courier partner at the time, which meant we had to reconfigure our shipping codes and systems — and unfortunately this caused some additional disruption to processing timelines.
We’re truly sorry for the inconvenience and are working hard to make sure this doesn’t happen again.
We’ll follow up with you directly via email to ensure you’ve received everything and to see if there’s anything else we can do to make this right.

Brought a T-shirt from matrix menswear…
Brought a T-shirt from matrix menswear delivered by DPD to a post office. On collection the packaging was damaged in a number of places . So when I opened it up the T-shirt was also damaged.
Sent T-shirt back and was fully reimbursed.

So disappointed with this site
So disappointed with this site. Ordered and paid for 1/2 days delivery had no parcel or even an update to say it’s left the store and on way for delivery. Can’t quite believe some people are saying Fast delivery because I certainly haven’t received fast delivery, and as for hassle free return? How about not cause hassle for buyers otherwise it wouldn’t be necessary. Won’t be buying here again

Firstly, we want to clarify that our system automatically sends order and shipping confirmation emails immediately after purchase. If you haven’t seen any updates, they’ve most likely landed in your junk or spam folder, or the email address may have been entered incorrectly at checkout.
Regarding the delay: DPD unexpectedly failed to collect parcels from our warehouse, affecting multiple brands within our fulfilment centre. This was entirely outside of our control, and the matter is now under investigation. We’ve had confirmation that all affected parcels were collected today and are now in transit.
