I have only ever used this site once…
I have only ever used this site once and I had a pair of £450 trainers delivered which was stolen from outside my house. They didn’t even ask for a signature. I was totally unaware that this would happen. They’ve asked me to get the police involved Which I do not have time for all patients with my mental health. They have done nothing to help me resolve the situation at all and I find their emails quite rude..

This review is completely inaccurate. Our tracking confirms the order was delivered successfully, and at no point was the parcel reported as missing by the courier. Claims suggesting otherwise are false.
We take fraudulent claims extremely seriously, as they unfairly damage trust in our business. All of our orders are sent fully tracked, and customers are kept updated throughout the process.

I was sent the wrong size and had to pay...
I was sent the wrong size and had to pay to return it... I did ask for a pre paid label, but got told to pay postage and they would reimburse.. Felt a bit weird asking for £6 back, but they probably knew that!... Would be one star but gave an extra star for the good choice on their site.
Also, to clarify, the return process is long-winded...

Just to clarify, we reached out to you right away regarding this issue and were waiting on a few details (such as postage proof) in order to reimburse you fully for the return. We're always happy to cover the return cost when the incorrect item is sent — that’s part of our policy.
As a small business, we currently can't provide prepaid labels upfront, but we always make sure to reimburse postage as soon as it’s confirmed.

Had it verified and checked once tshirt was delivered it’s 100% fake do not buy from here I contacted Loewe they replied We kindly inform you that MATRIX menswear is not listed in our official wholesalers.
