Unpaid crown still counts against me
I needed a crown for cracked tooth after 9 months on plan. Claim denied on this. When asked, was told today that this crown counts toward one crown per 10 year period even though they didn't pay the claim. Not worth me hiring a lawyer to fight this, but dropping Metlife as soon as I can.
