This was my first order with Dental Sky. I was impressed with how quickly they turned it around for delivery. I was also impressed to see the first order discounts being applied, unsolicited to my checkout!
The courier was DHL and tracking and delivery time supplied for the following afternoon.
However, the package didn't arrive and the DHL tracking portal information remained static, until at 10pm it changed to say I had signed for it that afternoon!
I was fuming and lodged a complaint with DHL. I had security camera footage to prove no delivery was attempted.
I also contacted Dental Sky to inform them of what was happening and to request they also speak to their DHL account manager.
I was immediately emailed by Becca, expressing her concern and informing me that a replacement package was being prepared to be sent by a different courier!
What fantastic aftercare!
DHL magically found the parcel and dropped it off the following afternoon...
Fortunately with enough time for me to contact Dental Sky to intercept and stop the new delivery.
I thoroughly endorse this company, they're fast, efficient and they look after you if things go wrong. And that's priceless.

If I could give -5 stars I would. I ordered an item on 29th May. It was on back order so I expected a delay. I was told it would be delivered mid June. Didn’t arrive. Messaged their WhatsApp and was ignored(!)
Called on Monday (6th July) and was told it would arrive this Wednesday or Thursday. It still hasn’t arrived, and it turns out they don’t know when it will be delivered. I don’t understand why I was misled but am very disappointed. They’re also ignoring my request for a refund. I have never experienced such blatant disregard from a company before. This was my first order with them and most likely my last.

Good evening Tamara,
Thank you for getting in touch and we're really sorry about the delay on one of the items on your order.
We can see you ordered 5 items from us on Friday May the 29th.
4 of these were in stock and dispatched to you the same day.
1 item was not in stock so was put on back order for you.
Customers are advised of backordered items at the cart stage before proceeding to checkout and we can see that an email confirmation was sent to you at 12.48pm on the same day confirming this.
The relevant section of that email is pasted below:
"Items on your order that are shown here with a quantity lower than you ordered, or with a quantity of 0 showing, are on back order and will follow automatically as soon as we receive them.
Back ordered items are usually dispatched within 5-10 working days but this can vary."
We can see that we placed an additional order with the manufacturer for the item in question on Monday 1st June which ordinarily would mean the item would be with us and back out to you within the estimated timeframe.
We can see an email from you yesterday at 2.39pm asking for an update and our reply at 2.55pm - Pasted below:
"Good Afternoon Tamara,
I hope you are well.
Just went to our purchasing team with this and it looks like the rubber dam has been delayed from our manufacturer we apologize.
I am waiting now on a date on when we can get this in so I can then feed back to you.
We apologise for the delays and appreciate your continued patience.
Kind regards,
Ryan"
We can't see any request from you to cancel the item but if you would like to do that then that is of course absolutely fine.
We are very sorry for the delay on this item, as you acknowledge we did inform you that the item was on backorder before you ordered it and we genuinely placed our order with the manufacturer on the following working day.
This kind of delay is highly unusual and we have both been let down by the manufacturer on this occasion.
We certainly appreciate the frustration and attempted to respond in an apologetic and polite fashion to your understandable query.
We have not refused to refund you at any point as far as we can see but we do record our phone calls so will review any phone conversations and escalate that in the event you were inadvertently misadvised on that topic.
Our offices are closed for the weekend now but one of our team will be in touch on Monday to clarify if you would like to hold the order open, switch it to an alternative item or cancel it.
They will also offer a sincere apology in person, although we feel the cause of this is a delay by the manufacturer that's outside our control, we absolutely acknowledge that the time you've had to wait for one of the items is not acceptable and is nowhere near our usual standard of service.
We know there is some supply chain disruption on latex and nitrile based items due to the situation in Iran at the moment but that is just speculation to be fair as the manufacturer has not been forthcoming on the reason for the delay or even pre-advised us of that delay.
Apologies once again and we'll be in touch when our offices re-open.
