I placed my order on the 16th June and after 7 days of my order still saying processing, on the 23rd of June I decided to send an email to enquire about my order.
I received an email back “also on the 23rd of June” stating that my order was out of stock “which it didn’t say at the time of purchase”, I was told in the email because my order was not in stock it had gone straight into their back order.
I believe back order is usually between 5 and 10 working days, it’s now been 13 days since I placed my order and since far it’s still saying processing.
I received the request for this review “I believe the day after placing the order”, but with my order still saying processing, I thought it was about time to reflect on the level of service so far.
Update order has now been received, I sent another email asking for an update on my order, I received an email back saying the back order was now in stock and is due to be sent out shortly, I received my order a few days later.
What I will say is communication is actually very good, Becca the person who replied was very fast to respond each time, shes definitely an asset to the company.
The products are exactly as order and are good quality, but I’ve now changed my original one star to a 4 star based on communication.

Thank you for getting in touch and we're sorry to hear you've experienced a delay in receiving your order, as you say this seems to be because the items you ordered are on back order with us.
When you order items that aren't in stock we automatically put them on back order for you to be sent as soon as they come back into stock.
This is detailed on our shipping advice: https://www.dentalsky.com/shipping-and-returns
A notification also pops up at the cart stage before the order is completed in a prominent box with an exclamation mark saying:
"We don't have the full quantity you requested but we'll back order the remaining 1. This should be dispatched within 5-10 working days but timescales can vary. Please call or email if you need an update on backorders."
We can also see an e-mail was sent to you at 6.08pm on the 16th June that says:
"Please note, any items not in stock at the time you placed your order will be backordered and sent on to you as soon as we receive them, this is usually with 5-10 working days but timescales can vary."
It is now the 9th working day since the 16th so we are technically within our 5-10 working day estimate still but we do appreciate that waiting can be frustrating and we would always aim for it to be towards the lower end of the estimate wherever possible.
A member of our team will be in touch to see if there's anything we can do to resolve this to your satisfaction and apologies again for the delay on your order.

I was pleased with product & price but disappointed I did not get next day delivery as specified. Your website says if ordered before 4pm its next day. I placed the order at lunch time before 1pm but it did not arrive next day. On the day I was expecting delivery I got an email to say the items had been dispatched so very disappointing. You should be honest if items are delayed as I needed next day hence why I ordered with you

Ordered some dental brushes
Ordered some dental brushes. Paid 6 quid to have them delivered next day by DHL. Apparently DHL lost them. Neither company taking responsibility.
Edit: Company has now come good and sent me out another package

We assume from the comments in your review that you may have missed that response - Our email reply came from Ryan.Major@dentalsky.com if you are having any trouble finding it.
