Not priced correctly
The minoxidil is just too expensive compared to other brands selling exactly the same item, especially as they sell about half the amount, 30ml, for almost twice the price that others sell 60ml.

Wonderful from start to finish!
I’ve been super happy with Dermatica. Their treatment has worked really well for me (I’ve started my tret journey), but what really stands out is their customer service. Whenever I’ve had questions or needed advice, they’ve always responded quickly and been genuinely helpful.

Emailed clinician to change product and…
Emailed clinician to change product and they did this straight away, reviewed the prescription and subscription and adapted it with a refund. To be able to have a free consultation from home is so ideal when you have a busy life with work and kids. The best part is that the difference in my skin was within days so feel it’s such value for money too!

I have suffered with acne all my life
I have suffered with acne all my life. Cystic acne in my teenage years and mild acne right through to now aged 35. I really tried everything. This year I had really given up-it was so congested and prone to break outs. The first few weeks of my acne treatment my skin was very sensitive and inflamed. What I was most impressed by was the support provided by dermatica. I emailed raising concerns about how my skin was responding, they replied very fast and said they would check in again, and they ACTUALLY DID which I wasn’t expecting. I felt like I was having an actual back and forth conversation which made it feel really personal for me. Now that my skin has adjusted to my treatment it is honestly the best it has been my whole life. No more congestion and bumps. I do still get the occasional hormonal spot here and there. I started the beginning of January and now June I’m only just getting my 3rd treatment as I’ve only had to apply to certain areas so the product really does last a long time. I’m also really impressed by how easy it was to push back delivery dates because I did not need a new treatment each month. Finally I like that my inbox has not once been overflowing with emails etc from the company which trying to sell me anything or promotional code/discounts

Our treatments are prescription medications and strengths and treatment plans are evidence based and selected for each patient on an individual basis. Strengths of ingredients chosen also reflects the need to balance the benefit delivered by the medication versus any side effects and this can be titrated up or down accordingly according to your needs.
Our clinical team recommends a review after 12 weeks of consistent use, as this is typically when a significant visible improvement can be expected. At each 12-week interval, patients are invited to complete a follow-up consultation and submit updated photos to help assess their progress. The team is always happy to review your results and adjust your treatment plan if needed.
We’d always recommend uploading regular photos to your dashboard so you have a view of your before and after for your skin journey! A member of our team will also reach out to you for further help.

Have only been using a month and was advised to use three times a week initially. Dermatica then also advised me to push the order / delivery date back for the next batch which is unusual for a company in today’s world. I feel the dark circles under my eyes have lessened in the 1st month.

Wonderful service
Wonderful service. Have been using tretinoin for less than a month and the results have been brilliant. I have no more blackheads, my pores are visibly smaller and my post inflammatory hyperpigmentation is fading fast.
