"This is the cheapest platform for freelancers and not a trustworthy one. Here, they themselves report your design and hold the payment, even if you’re an experienced user—you won’t get any support. I haven’t received payment for 11 of my projects even though it’s been almost a year. 99designs and Freelancer are much better platforms. My suggestion is not to work here at all. I’ve made 717 submissions on DesignCrowd and reached a rank of 1955, but still haven’t gained anything from it. They suspend accounts when it’s time to release payments. They’ve already suspended one of my previous accounts. I worked hard to build another one and grow it, and now they’ve done the same thing again, even though I’ve provided them with all the proof showing it wasn’t my fault.

Website can be a bit tricky to navigate but you soon get familiar with it.
Otherwise very efficient service and a large pool of designers to work with.

Quick easy got the job done bang on the First go

Easy to use, great designs.

I was a little skeptical at first however thought I would try it, I quickly found that the service and logos were very good. It took approx. 1 day to get my first logo, the rest were around an additional 1-2 days. Only issue I would recommend is to reduce the amount of upselling after your purchase, I am happy with a few items but it is a little relentless, other than that thank you very happy with my final product, would recommend to anyone.

The platform is very intuitive. I was able to convey everything about the project. I felt I could trust this platform. I can see for myself the status of the project. Requesting for revision was straightforward. Quick turnaround. Proactive as I did not have to follow up on the update. More importantly, Harold C was able to grasp what I wanted in my logo and design. This made my job easy. Harold is fantastic and I can recommend him to anyone who is looking for a creative design or logo. Overall, it was a great experience.
