I have ordered from them several times and loved the canvases I received. But I ordered one in May 2024 and haven’t received it yet. I’ve emailed them several times with no response. There is no phone number to contact them.
Please don't buy their products! Every designer designs different and ther company doesn't stand behind their word.
There was barely any water color and i contacted them multiple times and it took 3 weeks for a response with me following up many times. I sent all the required information to them. Than they blocked my email address! They are the worst! I will never use them again. I'm going to see if I can do something about their products and service.
They are thieves and liars.

Do yourself a favor and open a case with the Seattle Attorney General's Office.
If we all open a case they may get shut down. We may not get our money back but we can hit them where it hurts ; their wallet.
Update as of 10/23/24: I have sent two refund demand letters (one by certified mail, so I know that they've received them. No Refund Yet!)

I am still waiting for the picture of my parents that I ordered back in May. My mom passed away last August and I wanted to surprise my dad with a picture. I am not able to get a hold of anyone via phone. I paid them $79.99
Total scam
My purchase from this "company" was a total scam. They took my money. Never made what I purchased from them. When I reached out to resolve the problem they did not respond or provide me with a refund which I asked for. They made no attempt to fix the issue or get me the product I paid for.and I learned that they blocked my email address so that I can't contact them via email anymore. Talk about unprofessional. Do not purchase anything from this "company"
After 4 1/2 months they have not sent…
After 4 1/2 months they have not sent my purchased item. Nor have they attempted to refund my purchase. Last, they repeatedly lied to me about the status of my order - once telling me it had shipped and the delivery date. They are frauds.

This company will take your money and never send the product. The customer service rep says LOL, LMAO and Relax! in her responses. Now they took all the negative Facebook posts off of their FB site. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

I placed AND PAID for my order March 26th 2024. Today is July 15th and I still have not received my product. In the beginning they said production was delayed. I have emailed them several times and now I don't hear back from them. They have my money and I don't have what I ordered

I have 5 prints on order--the company has vanished
I have 5 prints on order. They processed my credit card for over $500, it's been 4 months now. They no longer respond to emails. I honestly think they are out of business--taking my money with them. Do not order anything from these folks.
Would not recommend given poor service
I have purchased from this company 4 times over the last 2 years. The first two orders came through nicely and in expected time. The 3rd order was significantly delayed with minimal response to outreach. For my 4th order placed in May, I have yet to receive this and hear back from their customer service despite multiple outreach. I heard back once during which a refund was offered as an option, and have not heard back since despite immediate replies on my part. Absolutely would not recommend anymore due to their service.

I have been waiting for an order that was placed 5/13/24. Someone did answer in June. But I have sent more emails and no response. I will have to try and dispute with credit card company.
Not received orders
Have not received orders made in early April, 2024 and May, 2024. Can only contact by email and they don’t give quick response. Same old story, will be shipped out early next week. Asked for refunds. Will not recommend this company.
NIGHTMARE EXPERIENCE
Have ordered in the past with slight delay and poor communication. Ordered 2 prints April 2024, it is now almost July 2024 and no prints. Couple email responses after multiple inquiries on my part, saying there was a delay due to their processor. I WILL NOT BUY AGAIN. There are other options out there.

This company is a nightmare and a scammer. February I placed an order, got a lot of run around regarding printing issues and was told via email that if I was not satisfied with the extra time in getting my product that I could cancel and get a refund. What a joke! Never received refund, disputed the charge with credit card company and all they cared about was the 'refund' policy. No refunds even though they offered to refund. WTH? Following up with BBB and FBI Cyber crimes division. I am pissed. Definite scam!
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
I ordered a photo on canvas from the Designed by Memories site in March. Paid $80.00 after I uploaded the photo, and the canvas was to arrive in 7 to 10 days...more than a month later, still no canvas. I emailed a person, (no name) and the response was this..."what the f... lady, calm down." It was another several weeks before I received the canvas...it is just okay, nothing special at all! Never, have I received a response like that from a business. SHAME!!!

I am shocked that there are so many reviews experiencing the same rudeness. I've had the same horrible, rude, unprofessional customer service from this company as the others who have submitted reviews. Jessica Miller responded with the same threat of her "legal team" because I asked for a response instead of being ignored. I mentioned to her that I would put a "stop payment" and Jessica Miller was completely unprofessional.
They promise a certain time for delivery but respond with rudeness when asked for an update. I couldn't be more saddened that this gift was a birthday gift and I still have not received it. I had ordered it with plenty of time for them to get it to me.
I've ordered from "Designed by Memories" before and the product was amazing. I did have the same issue with the delivery time but ordered again because the product looked amazing. When I asked about the delivery time on my first order. The response was very professional. It's my opinion that they need to get rid of JESSICA.
