We promise the authenticity of every single item we sell. We do not expect you to buy anything that we are doubtful of, and we would never attempt to sell it to you. Our business is based on integrity and trust and we will never compromise on either.
HOW? Our in house professionals authenticate every item that comes through our doors. We have a rigorous checklist in place for each designer, some with more details to check for than others. If any item does not entirely pass through our checklist, it simply does not come in. At Designer Exchange, we issue a certificate of authenticity with every piece.
We also use an authentication software called Entrupy. Entrupy is the worlds first authentication solution for designer handbags. Entrupy is powered by artificial intelligence where they have built a complex detection algorithm that deciphers the replicas from the real thing.

2 month wait for payment
I dispatched a handbag in April and they said I wouldn't receive payment until June 18th two months later. They didn't inform me that they only issue payment at the end of each month. I requested they returned my bag and paid €10 for return postage which arrived promptly with DPD.

Hi Louise. I'm very sorry to hear that you were dissapointed with this experience. We are very transparent with payment dates and when requesting bank details for sepa transfers we clearly state the payment date. In this instance it was actually the 5th June you would have been receiving your transfer from our account. As payment week's fill up, we assign payments to the next available Thursday, bit this is for you to decide on once you receive the purchase order. We completely understand some expect payment earlier and we do offer instant Trade In prices and a consignment optipn too.
